Sie gelten als sehr intelligente Wesen, vergleichbar mit den Ratten. Sie sind scheu, aber auch sehr neugierig und wurden oft beim Fischen als Nebenprodukt aufgefasst und nicht verspiesen. Aber in der Mediterranen K\u00fcche sind sie sehr beliebt und werden auf alle m\u00f6glichen Arten gekocht. Meinen habe ich auf japanische Art frittiert und er wurde extrem gut!!!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">************<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Octopuses are a subgroup of the eight-armed squid. They are very intelligent\u00a0and can be compared to rats. They are considered very intelligent creatures, comparable to rats. Octopuses\u00a0are shy, but also very curious, they were often considered a by-product of fishing and not eaten. But in Mediterranean cuisine they are very popular and are cooked in all kinds of ways. I deep-fried mine the Japanese way and it turned out extremely good!!!<\/em><\/p>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/02\/pul10-683x1024.jpg\" alt=\"Pulpo fritto \u2013 Frittierter Octopus\" class=\"wp-image-13122\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">1 Krake von ca. 800- 1000 g<br>3-4 Lorbeer Bl\u00e4tter<br>Salz<br>1 Ei<br>50 g Reismehl<br>Etwas Wasser<br>Wenig Chili Pulver<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Den Pulpo sehr gut waschen und in einen tiefen Topf geben. Wasser dazu geben, zu ca. 2 cm H\u00f6he und die Lorbeer Bl\u00e4tter und etwas Salz dazu geben. Nun zugedeckt bei mittlerer Hitze ca. 1 Stunde k\u00f6cheln lassen, nach halber Zeit wenden. Dann den Pulpo heraus nehmen und ausk\u00fchlen lassen. (Achtung: wer den Pulpo nicht vom Fischhaendler bearbeitet hat, muss noch den Mund entfernen!)<br>Den Pulpo dann von der roten Haut befreien, die Saugn\u00e4pfe k\u00f6nnen dranbleiben, je nach Wunsch. Dann in ca. 5 cm lange St\u00fccke schneiden. Das Ei mit dem Mehl vermischen, soviel Wasser zugeben, bis ein leicht dicklicher Teig entsteht. Mit dem Chili w\u00fcrzen. Die Pulpo St\u00fccke dazu geben und mischen. Nun die St\u00fccke in heissem Oel frittieren. Die Pulpo St\u00fccke mit Salz bestreuen (ich nahm Champagnersalz) und servieren. Dazu kann man Aioli servieren.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">************<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>1 Octopus of approx. 800- 1000 g<\/em><br><em>3-4 Bay Leaves<\/em><br><em>Salt<\/em><br><em>1 Egg<\/em><br><em>50 g Rice Flour<\/em><br><em>some Water<\/em><br><em>some Chili Powder<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Wash the pulpo well and put it into a deep pot. Add water to approx. 2 cm and add the bay leaves and some salt. Add the lid and let cook at medium heat for approx. 1 hour, turn over at half time. Take the pulpo from the pot and let cool. (Careful: if your octopus has not been prepared by your fish seller, you need to remove the mouth!)<\/em><br><em>Then remove the red skin, you can leave the tentacles if you like. Then cut into 5 cm long pieces. Mix the egg with the flour and add as much water until you have a nice batter, season with chili. Add the pulpo pieces and mix. Then fry them in hot oil.
