They are served with all dishes, mainly meet dishes like stew, saucy food or dips. You eat them by hand. <br><br>\nNormally it is made with teff flour, but I could not find it, so I used normal wheat flour. That\u2019s why they turned out like pancakes. Leave to rest at room temperature overnight. I left the bowl in the refrigerator for 2 nights. The longer the cooking time, the better. Originally, it ferments for 2-3 days and Ethiopians always take some of it for the next dough.\n <\/div>\n                            <\/div>\n        <\/div>\n                        <div class=\"post-recipe-instruction\">\n            <div class=\"post-recipe-step\">2<\/div>\n            <div class=\"post-recipe-instruction-content\">\n                                <div class=\"post-recipe-instruction-title\"><h4 property=\"recipeInstructions\">Step 2<\/h4><\/div>\n                                                <div class=\"post-recipe-instruction-text\" property=\"recipeInstructions\">I didn&#8217;t bake the flatbreads in oil, but just added a little salt to the pan and then spooned the dough onto it with a soup ladle, spreading it out in the pan like a pancake.
