Es ist ein sehr raffiniertes Rezept, das unglaublich gut schmeckt und vor allem auch super aussieht! Sie hat es uns als Vorspeise serviert und das war einfach perfekt. It is a very sophisticated recipe that tastes incredibly good and, above all, looks great! She served it to us as a starter and it was just perfect. Thank you Natalie!!<\/em><\/p>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/01\/ste6-768x1024.jpg\" alt=\"Ged\u00e4mpfte Garnelen mit F\u00fcllung\" class=\"wp-image-13007\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">1-2 Garnelen pro Person<br>H\u00fchnerstreifen etwa so gross wie die Garnelen, 1 per Garnele<br>d\u00fcnne Streifen Yunnan Schinken oder anderer Schinken, gut gesalzt, 1 St\u00fcck per Garnele<br>1 Koriander Blatt per Garnele<br>Wonton Bl\u00e4tter<br>Light Soja Sauce oder Chinesischer dunkler Essig zum Servieren<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>W\u00fcrze:<\/strong><br>1 TL Reiswein oder trockener Sherry<br>\u00bd TL Zucker<br>je eine Prise Salz und Pfeffer<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Die Garnelen sch\u00e4len und die schwarze Vene entfernen. Den Schwanz daran lassen! Waschen und trocknen.&nbsp;<br>Die H\u00fchnerst\u00fccke gut w\u00fcrzen.&nbsp;<br>Die Wonton Wrappers auslegen und je ein Korianderblatt darauf legen. Darauf kommt eine Garnele, ein H\u00fchnerstreifen einen Schinkenstreifen und alles wird gut eingepackt. Der Schwanz muss aber draussen bleiben! Den Wrapper unter der Garnele gut zusammen dr\u00fccken.&nbsp;<br>Einen Teller einfetten und die Garnelen darauf ausbreiten. Den Teller in einen Bambus Steamer geben und \u00fcber eine k\u00f6chelnde Wasserpfanne geben. Gut verschliessen und ca. 10-12 Minuten d\u00e4mpfen. Die Flamme unter der Wasserpfanne abdrehen, aber den Deckel nicht abnehmen! Erst eine gute Minute sp\u00e4ter \u00f6ffnen! Mit Soja Sauce oder Essig Dip servieren.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>************<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Prawns (1-2 per person)<\/em><br><em>Chicken strips about the size of a prawn (1 piece per prawn)<\/em><br><em>thin strips of Yunnan ham or Virginia ham or any well salted ham (1 piece per prawn)<\/em><br><em>Small sprigs of coriander (1 for each parcel)<\/em><br><em>Wonton wrapper<\/em><br><em>Light soy sauce or Chinese dark vinegar to serve<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em><strong>Seasonings:<\/strong><\/em><br><em>1 tsp rice wine or dry sherry<\/em><br><em>\u00bd tsp sugar<\/em><br><em>Pinch of white pepper and fine salt<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Peel the prawns but leave the last section and the tail intact. Cut the prawn along the underside without cutting through them completely. Remove the intestinal vein. Wash and drain dry.<\/em><br><em>Season the chicken pieces with the seasonings.<\/em><br><em>On each wrappers arrange a sprig of coriander, then flatten and lay a prawn out. Put a strip of chicken and a strip of ham and wrap them up, leaving the tail exposed. Pinch the wrapper together underneath .<\/em><br><em>Lightly oil a heat proof plate then arrange the prawn parcel on the plate. Place on a rack in a wok of a steamer, over simmering water. Cover tightly and steam for about 10-12 minutes. Turn off the heat, do not open the lid until 1 minute later.
