Man kann dieses Rezept auch als Rolle backen oder gar einzelne kleine K\u00fcchlein, gef\u00fcllte Empanadas machen. Durch das mexikanische Gew\u00fcrz schmeckt sie einmal etwas spezieller. Sie eignet sich sehr gut f\u00fcr Parties, kann kalt oder warm gegessen werden.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">************<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>This is a very simple pie with some Mexican spices. You could bake this recipe as a meat roll, or individual little pies or filled empanada style cakes.\u00a0The Mexican spices give it a special taste. They are perfect for parties and can be served warm or cold.<\/em><\/p>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/01\/taco7-683x1024.jpg\" alt=\"Taco Pie - Mexikanischer Fleischkuchen\" class=\"wp-image-12993\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Fuer 4 Personen:<br \/>250 g Rinderhackfleisch<br \/>100 g Speck, fein gehackt<br \/>200 g Frischk\u00e4se<br \/>30 g geriebener K\u00e4se f\u00fcr Tacos<br \/>1 gr\u00fcne Peperoni\/Paprika, klein gew\u00fcrfelt<br \/>1\/2 Zwiebel, fein gehackt<br \/>3 Knoblauchzehen, fein gehackt<br \/>1 Tomate, klein gew\u00fcrfelt<br \/>1 Glas Salsa (226 g)<br \/>ein paar Chili Flocken<br \/>Salz und Pfeffer<br \/>1 Beutel Taco Seasoning<br \/>etwas Rosmarin<br \/>1 ausgewallter Bl\u00e4tterteig<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Die gehackte Zwiebel und den gehackten Knoblauch zusammen mit dem Speck gut durchbraten, dann das Hackfleisch zugeben. Gut durchbraten, dann die Taco Gew\u00fcrze zugeben und gut vermischen. Die Peperoni und Tomate zugeben, kurz mit braten, dann die Salsa einmischen und mit Chili\u00a0 Flocken w\u00fcrzen. Alles ca 20 Minuten k\u00f6cheln lassen, dann den Frischk\u00e4se und den Reibk\u00e4se dazu mischen. Evt. etwas mit Salz und Pfeffer nachw\u00fcrzen.\u00a0<br \/>Den Teig in eine gefettete Pieform geben, R\u00e4nder hochziehen, Boden mehrfach einstechen und die F\u00fcllung rein geben. Mit etwas Rosmarin bestreuen und im Ofen bei 200 C Grad ca 35-40 Minuten backen. Die Pie kann kalt oder warm gegessen werden.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>************<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>For 4 Persons:<\/em><br \/><em>250 g ground Beef<\/em><br \/><em>100 g Bacon, chopped<\/em><br \/><em>200 g Cream Cheese<\/em><br \/><em>30 g grated Cheese for Tacos<\/em><br \/><em>1 green Capsicum, diced<\/em><br \/><em>1\/2 Onion, chopped<\/em><br \/><em>3 cloves of Garlic, chopped<\/em><br \/><em>1 Tomato, diced<\/em><br \/><em>1 jar Salsa (226 g)<\/em><br \/><em>some Chili flakes<\/em><br \/><em>Salt and Pepper<\/em><br \/><em>1 bag Taco Seasoning<\/em><br \/><em>some Rosemary<\/em><br \/><em>1 ready rolled out Puff Pastry<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Fry the onion and garlic with the chopped bacon, then add the ground beef. Fry well, then add the Taco seasoning.\u00a0<\/em><br \/><em>Add the capsicum and tomato, mix well, then add the Salsa and season with some chili flakes. Let simmer for 20 minutes, then add the cream cheese and the grated cheese. You might need to add some salt and pepper.\u00a0<\/em><br \/><em>Dress the pastry into a greased pie dish and prick the bottom. Pull the sides up. Add the meat filling, sprinkle with some rosemary and bake in the oven at 200 C for 35-40 minutes.
