Diese Dumplings sind nicht traditionell Chinesisch, sondern stammen aus der K\u00fcche eines Polynesischen Restaurants in San Francisco im Jahre 1956. Man sagt, sie wurden von einem Burmesischen Rezept adaptiert. Obwohl die Geschichte hinter diesen Crab Rangoons nicht wirklich klar ist, ist absolut klar, dass in China kein Frischk\u00e4se ben\u00fctzt wird!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">************<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Crab Rangoon are fried Dumplings filled with crab meat and cream cheese. <\/em><em>These dumplings are not traditional Chinese, they are probably from a Polynesian style restaurant in San Francisco in 1956. They say, they were adapted from a Burmese recipe. Although the history behind those dumplings is not clear, it is clear that crab Rangoon definitely cannot be Chinese, as in China they do not use cream cheese!<\/em><\/p>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/01\/cra18-683x1024.jpg\" alt=\"Crab Rangoon\" class=\"wp-image-12438\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">F\u00fcr ca. 30 St\u00fcck:<br>300 g Frischk\u00e4se<br>240 g Krabbenfleisch oder imiations Krabbensticks f\u00fcr Sushi<br>Salz und Pfeffer<br>30 Wonton Wrappers (vom Chinesen)<br>1 Ei<br>Etwas Sonnenblumen\u00f6l<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Den Frischk\u00e4se mit dem gehackten Krabbenfleisch, Salz und Pfeffer mischen. Die Wonton Wrappers auf einer Arbeitsfl\u00e4che auslegen. Je einen geh\u00e4uften Teel\u00f6ffel auf die eine H\u00e4lfte des Wrappers geben. Das Ei verschlagen und damit die H\u00e4lfte des Wrappers bestreichen, dann im Dreieck zusammen falten und gut zusammen pressen. Die beiden langen Spitzen des Dreiecks gut zusammen dr\u00fccken. Ca. 10 Wontons in den Korb des Airfryers geben, mit etwas Oel bestreichen und 8 Minuten auf 180 C Grad frittieren, dann wenden und nochmals 3-4 Minuten frittieren. Sie blasen sich total auf! Heiss mit Sweet Chili Sauce, Peking Sauce oder einer anderen Dipping Sauce servieren.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">************<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>For approx. 30 pieces:<\/em><br><em>300 g Cream Cheese<\/em><br><em>240 g Crab Meat or imitation Crab Meat for Sushi<\/em><br><em>Salt and Pepper<\/em><br><em>30 Wonton Wrappers <\/em><br><em>1 Egg<\/em><br><em>Some Sunflower Oil<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Mix the cream cheese with the chopped crab meat and some salt and pepper. Put the wonton wrappers onto a working surface. Add 1 heaped tsp of the crab mixture onto one half of each wrapper. Beat the egg and brush one half of the wrapper, then fold over into a triangle and press well together. Then press the two ends of the long side together. Put approx. 10 wontons into the basket of the Airfryer and brush them with some oil. Fry on 180 C for 8 minutes, turn them over and fry for another 3-4 minutes. They will blow up to be completely round.
