Curries sind weltweit bekannt. Urspr\u00fcnglich aus Sued Asien, haben sie sich um die ganze Welt verteilt und beliebt gemacht. Man muss aber unter Indischen, Pakistanischen, Bengalischen, Indonesischen, Thail\u00e4ndischen, Japanischen, Chinesischen und mehr, unterscheiden. Nicht alles was Curry ist, ist gleich indisch und jedes Land hat seine eigene Art! Die Indischen\/Pakistanischen\/Bengalischen sind meist aus einer Mischung von Gew\u00fcrzen, Zwiebeln und Tomaten gemacht. Die Thail\u00e4ndischen und Indonesischen sind meist mit einer Curry Paste gemacht. Gut sind alle!! Mein S\u00fcdasiatisches ist mit einer Gew\u00fcrzmischung gemacht! Dazu braucht es viele Zwiebeln und zartes Huhn! Und ich habe es mit den <a href=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/2021\/08\/17\/paratha-indian-flat-bread\/\">Parathas<\/a>\u00a0serviert. Es braucht nicht immer Reis dazu!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">************<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Curries are known all over the world. Originated in South Asia, they spread all over the world and everyone loves them. But you need to differentiate from Indian, Pakistani, Bengali, Indonesian, Thai and Chinese curries. Not all curries are Indian! The Indian\/Pakistani\/Bengali are usually made with different spices, onion and tomatoes. The Thai and Indonesian are mostly made with a curry paste. But all of them are delicious!! My South Asian curry is made with a spice mixture! You need onion, and beautiful chicken breasts! Serve it with my <a href=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/2021\/08\/17\/paratha-indian-flat-bread\/\">Parathas<\/a>. You don&#8217;t always need rice with curry!<\/em><\/p>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/01\/tika14-683x1024.jpg\" alt=\"S\u00fcdasiatisches H\u00fchner Curry\" class=\"wp-image-12403\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Fuer 4 Personen:<\/strong><br \/>500 g H\u00fchnerbrust, in W\u00fcrfel geschnitten<br \/>1 grosse Zwiebel<br \/>2 TL Cumin\/Kreuzk\u00fcmmel Samen<br \/>1 TL Turmeric\/Curcuma Pulver<br \/>2 TL Coriander Samen<br \/>Oliven\u00f6l<br \/>1 Dose (400 g) Gehackte Tomaten<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Marinade:<\/strong><br \/>200 g Natur Jogurt<br \/>1 EL Zitronensaft<br \/>2 TL Kreuzk\u00fcmmel Pulver<br \/>2 TL Garam Masala<br \/>1\/2 TL Pfeffer<br \/>1\/2 TL Chili Pulver<br \/>1 TL Salz<br \/>4 Knoblauchzehen, gepresst<br \/>1 EL Ingwer, gerieben<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Die Zutaten der Marinade zusammen mischen und die H\u00fchner W\u00fcrfel darin 2 Stunden im K\u00fchlschrank marinieren. Etwas Oel erhitzen und die Kreuzk\u00fcmmel Samen und Coriander Samen darin anbraten, bis sie zischen. Die Zwiebeln halbieren und die H\u00e4lften in feine Scheiben schneiden. In die Pfanne geben und den Teel\u00f6ffel Turmeric zugeben. Auf mittlerer Hitze solange braten, bis die Zwiebeln weich sind. Die B\u00fcchse Tomaten zugeben und alles ca 10 Minuten k\u00f6cheln lassen. Unterdessen in einer separaten Pfanne die H\u00fchnerst\u00fccke mit der Marinade braten. Dann in die Tomatensauce geben. Das Curry auf kleiner Flamme 20 Minuten k\u00f6cheln lassen.<br \/>Dazu kann man Reis servieren oder eben die feinen\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/2021\/08\/17\/paratha-indian-flat-bread\/l\">Parathas.<\/a>\u00a0Dazu reicht man\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/2020\/03\/05\/apfel-pfirsich-chutney-apple-peach-chutney\/\">Chutney<\/a> und Raita (gew\u00fcrztes Jogurt).\u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>************<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em><strong>For 4 Persons:<\/strong><\/em><br \/><em>500 g Chicken breasts, diced<\/em><br \/><em>1 big Onion<\/em><br \/><em>2 tsp Cumin Seeds<\/em><br \/><em>1 tsp Turmeric Powder<\/em><br \/><em>2 tsp Coriander Seeds<\/em><br \/><em>Olive Oil<\/em><br \/><em>1 can (400 g) Chopped Tomatoes<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em><strong>Marinade:<\/strong><\/em><br \/><em>200 g Nature\u00a0Yogurt<\/em><br \/><em>1 tbsp Lemon Juice<\/em><br \/><em>2 tsp Cumin Powder<\/em><br \/><em>2 tsp Garam Masala<\/em><br \/><em>1\/2 tsp Pepper<\/em><br \/><em>1\/2 tsp Chili Powder<\/em><br \/><em>1 tsp Salt<\/em><br \/><em>4 cloves of Garlic, pressed<\/em><br \/><em>1 tbsp Ginger, grated<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Mix the ingredients of the marinade together and marinate the chicken pieces for two hours in it. Heat some oil in a wide pan and fry the cumin and coriander seeds in it until they crackle. Cut the onion into halves and each half into thin slices. Add to the pan and also add the teaspoon of Turmeric. Fry on medium heat until the onions re soft. Add the can of tomatoes and let cook for 10 minutes.
