Es muss aber nicht immer Risotto Milanese sein, sondern darf auch mal einfach anders, wie dieser Rotwein Risotto, oder improvisiert sein. Diesmal habe ich einfach das gebraucht, was im Haushalt meiner Tochter, die damals in Palermo, Sizilien, wohnte, vorhanden war. Es waren nicht viele Dinge und so wurde der Risotto richtig gut! Denn man muss gar nicht tausende von Gew\u00fcrzen haben oder ausgefallene Zutaten, sondern nur GUTE Zutaten! Ich habe den Risotto mit Rotwein eingekocht, der verleiht ihm die Farbe und macht ihn herrlich schmackhaft!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">************<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>I like to cook Risotto; it is something very traditional Italian, so it has to be on my table often! However it does not have to Risotto Milanese, it can be with different ingredients, or improvised. This time I just used whatever was available in my daughters household, at the time when she lived in Palermo, Sicily. There were not many things, but the Risotto turned out delicious. You do not need thousands of herbs, or fancy ingredients, you need good ingredients! I cooked the rice in red wine, it gave it a beautiful color and a delicious taste.\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/01\/vin6-1024x683.jpg\" alt=\"Rotwein Risotto\" class=\"wp-image-12394\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">400 g Risotto Reis<br>1 rote Zwiebel<br>2 Knoblauchzehen<br>20 g Butter<br>3 El Oliven\u00f6l<br>200 ml Rotwein<br>1 L Bouillon\/Br\u00fche<br>getrockneter Oregano (ich nahm wilden Oregano von Sizilien)<br>getrockneter Basilikum<br>Salz und Pfeffer<br>20 g geriebener Parmesan<br>30 g Butter<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Die Br\u00fchw\u00fcrfel in einem Liter Wasser aufkochen. In einem separaten tiefen Topf die 20 g Butter mit dem Oliven\u00f6l erhitzen und darin die gehackte Zwiebel und den gehackten Knoblauch weich kochen. Dann den Reis reingeben und gut durchbraten, dabei darauf achten, dass er nicht anbrennt. Die Reisk\u00f6rner sollten glasig sein. Den Rotwein zugeben, gut durchr\u00fchren und leicht einkochen lassen. Den Reis gut w\u00fcrzen. Nun immer wieder etwas Bouillon zugeben und unter R\u00fchren eink\u00f6cheln lassen. Dies dauert eine Weile, doch je mehr man den Reis bewegt, desto cremiger wird er, durch die gel\u00f6ste St\u00e4rke. Sobald der Reis weich ist, nachw\u00fcrzen und die restliche Butter und den Reibk\u00e4se zugeben und gut vermischen. Heiss servieren!<br>Man kann Risotto als Primo Piatto\/Vorspeise servieren, so wird es in Italien gemacht. Oder mit einem Salat\/Gem\u00fcse, oder gar Fleisch, es eignen sich Schnitzel, als ganzes Mahl auftischen.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">************<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>400 g Risotto Rice<\/em><br><em>1 red Onion<\/em><br><em>2 cloves of Garlic<\/em><br><em>20 g Butter<\/em><br><em>3 tbsp Olive Oil<\/em><br><em>200 ml Red Wine<\/em><br><em>1 L Broth<\/em><br><em>dried Oregano<\/em><br><em>dried Basil<\/em><br><em>Salt and Pepper<\/em><br><em>20 g grated Parmesan<\/em><br><em>30 g Butter<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Bring the broth to a boil. In a separate pot heat the butter and oil and fry the chopped onion and chopped garlic. Add the rice and let fry well, but be careful not to burn it. The rice corns have to be translucent. Add the red wine, mix well and let reduce a little. Season well. Now add a bit of broth, let reduce, add some more broth, let reduce and mix always. As soon as the rice is soft, season if needed and add the 30 g butter and some Parmesan. Mix and serve.&nbsp; &nbsp;<\/em><br><em>Risotto is a primo piatto\/Starter in Italy.
