Normalerweise wird Schweinefleisch im Smoker gegart, bis es auseinander f\u00e4llt. Da aber nicht jeder einen Smoker hat, kann man es auch im Slow Cooker (oder im Ofen) machen. Eigentlich wurde diese Methode erfunden, um auch z\u00e4hes Fleisch leicht essbar und schmackhaft zu machen. Man kocht es einfach so lange, bis es fast auseinander f\u00e4llt und serviert es mit BBQ Sauce.<br>Man muss aber nicht z\u00e4hes Fleisch kaufen, man kann auch gutes Fleisch nehmen und es so kochen. Ich habe dies gemacht und dann als eine Art Hamburger Ersatz ben\u00fctzt. Wir haben mit K\u00e4se \u00fcberbackene Br\u00f6tchen gef\u00fcllt, wir haben Pepperoni gef\u00fcllt und mit K\u00e4se \u00fcberbacken und wir haben grosse Pilze gegart und dann mit dem Fleisch, Salatbl\u00e4ttern und Tomate belegt und mit <a href=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/2019\/05\/14\/bbq-sauce\/\">BBQ Sauce<\/a> serviert. Es hat uns allen sehr geschmeckt!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>************<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Pulled Pork is one of the three &#8220;Holy Trinities&#8221; of barbecue. Normally it&#8217;s been done with meat which is too tough; it is cooked slowly at low temperatures, allowing the meat to become tender enough so that it can be &#8220;pulled&#8221;, or easily broken into individual pieces. Traditionally it&#8217;s cooked in a smoker, but not everyone has this so I cooked it in the Slow Cooker (or you could cook it in the oven).&nbsp;<\/em><br><em>But you don&#8217;t need to buy tough meat, you can use a nice cut. That&#8217;s what I did and then I served it as Hamburger meat. We had it on Ciabatta bread with melted cheese, I filled it into capsicum and melted some cheese on top, and I used big roasted mushrooms, filled it with pulled pork, added some lettuce leaves, tomato and <a href=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/2019\/05\/14\/bbq-sauce\/\">BBQ sauce<\/a>. We loved it!<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/01\/pu10-1024x683.jpg\" alt=\"Pulled Pork\" class=\"wp-image-12361\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Fuer 4 Personen:<\/strong><br>ca 1 Kg Schweinebraten von der Schulter<br>6 Knoblauchzehen<br>2 Zwiebeln<br>3 Orangen, den Saft<br>2 Zitronen, den Saft<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Marinade:<\/strong><br>1 TL Knoblauch Pulver<br>1 EL Chili Pulver<br>1 TL Kreuzk\u00fcmmel Pulver<br>2 TL Salz<br>2 TL Oregano<br>1 TL Rosmarin<br>1 TL schwazer Pfeffer<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Die Zutaten der Marinade vermischen und das Fleisch damit einreiben, 30 Minuten marinieren lassen. Die Knoblauchzehen sch\u00e4len, die Zwiebeln sch\u00e4len und in Viertel schneiden, beides in den Slow Cooker geben. Das Fleisch darauf legen und den Orangen- und Zitronensaft dar\u00fcber giessen. Den Deckel auf den Slow Cooker geben und auf LOW ca 7 Stunden k\u00f6cheln lassen. Den Braten ca alle 2 Stunden wenden und in die Sauce drucken. (Man kann ihn auch auf HIGH ca 4-5 Stunden kochen lassen) Den Slow Cooker ausschalten und 30 Minuten stehen lassen. Das Fleisch aus der Kochfl\u00fcssigkeit nehmen, mit einer Gabel auseinander ziehen und auf einer Gratinplatte ausbreiten. Im Ofen bei 180 C Grad 10 Minuten leicht anbr\u00e4unen lassen.<br>Man kann die Kochfl\u00fcssigkeit leicht eink\u00f6cheln lassen und mit etwas Speisest\u00e4rke eindicken und dazu servieren. Das Pulled Pork eignet sich sehr auf knusprigem Brot, als F\u00fcllung in Gem\u00fcse, oder wie wir es gemacht haben, als Hamburger Ersatz.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">************<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em><strong>For 4 Persons:<\/strong><\/em><br><em>approx. 1 Kg Pork Roast from the shoulder<\/em><br><em>6 cloves of Garlic<\/em><br><em>2 Onion<\/em><br><em>3 Oranges, the Juice<\/em><br><em>2 Lemons, the Juice<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em><strong>Marinade:<\/strong><\/em><br><em>1 tsp Garlic Powder<\/em><br><em>1 tbsp Chili Powder<\/em><br><em>1 tsp Cumin Powder<\/em><br><em>2 tsp Salt<\/em><br><em>2 tsp Oregano<\/em><br><em>1 tsp Rosemary<\/em><br><em>1 tsp black Pepper<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Mix the ingredients of the marinade together and rub it onto the pork roast, let marinate for 30 minutes. Peel the garlic cloves, peel the onions and cut them into quarters, put them into the Slow Cooker. Add the pork roast and pour the lemon and orange juice over it. Cover with the lid and cook on LOW for approx. 7 hours. Turn the roast over every second hour. (you could also cook it on HIGH for 4-5 hours) Turn off the Slow Cooker and let the meat sit in it for another 30 minutes. Then take the meat out of the cooking liquid and with the help of two forks pull it apart into strings of meat. Spread it onto a gratin dish. Put it into the oven at 180 C for 10 minutes to slightly brown it.&nbsp;<\/em><br><em>You can cook the cooking liquid in a pan to slightly reduce it and thicken with some cornstarch. You may serve it with the meat.
