Es ist sehr einfach zu machen und schmeckt wunderbar! Aber dazu braucht man feine, reife Mangos! Es gibt noch andere Desserts mit Sticky Rice, die Chinesen servieren den sehr gerne in verschiedenen Variationen.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">************<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>This is one of the most popular desserts in southeast Asia, often it is the only one served in small restaurants. It is easy to cook and absolutely delicious! However you need very nice ripe Mangos! There are more desserts with sticky rice, the Chinese serve it in many variations. <\/em><\/p>\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/01\/sti6-1024x768.jpg\" alt=\"Sticky Rice with Mango and Coconut Milk\" class=\"wp-image-12354\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">F\u00fcr 4 Portionen:<br>200 g Glutinous Reis (Klebreis)<br>400 ml Kokosnuss Milch<br>2 Mangos<br>\u00bc TL Salz<br>3 EL Zucker<br>Ger\u00f6steter Sesam<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Den Reis in Wasser einlegen und mindestens 3 Stunden, besser \u00fcber Nacht einweichen lassen. Abgiessen und im Dampfkorb oder Bambus Korb (ich habe den Reiskocher benutzt) ein Geschirrtuch auslegen. Den Reis da rein geben und zugedeckt 30 Minuten d\u00e4mpfen. Kurz ausk\u00fchlen lassen. Die Kokosnuss Milch mit dem Salz und Zucker aufw\u00e4rmen, bis der Zucker geschmolzen ist. Nicht sieden! Einen kleinen Krug mit der Kokosnussmilch f\u00fcllen, dann den Rest \u00fcber den Reis giessen und gut vermischen. Man kann den Reis ganz ausk\u00fchlen lassen oder ihn warm servieren. Den Reis auf Tellern anrichten. Mangos aufschneiden und sch\u00f6n dazu anrichten. Etwas der Kokosnussmilch dar\u00fcber giessen, mit ger\u00f6stetem Sesam bestreuen und servieren.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Glutinous Reis erh\u00e4lt man beim Chinesen oder Thail\u00e4nder und entgegen allen Meinungen, dass er Gluten enth\u00e4lt, ist das nicht wahr. Er wird nur so benannt, weil diese Art von Reis sehr viel mehr an St\u00e4rke beinhaltet als normaler Reis.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">************<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>For 4 Portions:<\/em><br><em>200 g Glutinous Rice<\/em><br><em>400 ml Coconut Milk<\/em><br><em>2 Mangos<\/em><br><em>\u00bc tsp Salt<\/em><br><em>3 tbsp Sugar<\/em><br><em>Roasted Sesame<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Soak the rice in water for at least 3 hours or better overnight. Drain and then add a towel to a steamer basket or a bamboo basket (I used the rice cooker) and add the soaked rice. Cover and let steam for 30 minutes. Let cool slightly. Mix the coconut milk with the salt and sugar and warm up until the sugar has dissolved. Do not boil! Fill some o fit into a small jug and mix the rest with the rice. You can either let the rice cool completely or serve it warm. Put some of the rice onto plates. Slice the mangos and add them. Pour a little coconut milk over it and sprinkle with sesame. Serve immediately.<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Glutinous Rice can be bought at the Chinese or Thai grocery store. It does NOT contain any gluten, even though the word is misleading. It is called this way because it contains much more starch than normal rice.<\/em> <\/p>\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\"
