Sie sehen echt s\u00fcss aus und so wollte ich sie nachbacken. Glutenfreie Schoggi-Rentier Guetsli, denn sie m\u00fcssen glutenfrei sein f\u00fcr mich, deshalb habe ich einfach das Mehl ausgetauscht. Nicht immer funktioniert das, aber bei diesem Rezept ging das wunderbar! Ich habe sie mit Himbeer Konfit\u00fcre und Nutella gef\u00fcllt, Himbeer und Schokolade passen doch wunderbar zusammen!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">************<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>When I saw these <\/em><em><a href=\"http:\/\/www.swissmilk.ch\/de\/rezepte-kochideen\/rezepte\/SM2017_GUEZ_11\/rentiere-gefuellte-schoggiguetzli\/\">Chocolate Reindeer Cookies from Swiss Milk<\/a><\/em> <em>I needed to copy them. <\/em><em>They are cute and sweet! However, they need to be gluten-free for me. I just exchanged the flour. <\/em><em>This does not work often, as the flours have different consistencies. <\/em><em>This recipe was no problem, the flour worked! <\/em><em>I filled them with raspberry jam, I think, raspberry and chocolate are perfect together! <\/em><\/p>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/01\/ren2.1-768x1024.jpg\" alt=\"Glutenfreie Schoggi-Rentier Guetsli\" class=\"wp-image-83772\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Fuer ca. 30 St\u00fcck<\/strong><br>325 g (Glutenfreies) Mehl<br>50 g Kakaopulver<br>150 g Puderzucker<br>1 P\u00e4ckchen Vanillezucker<br>1 Prise Salz<br>200 g Butter, weich<br>1 Ei, verquirlt<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><b>F\u00fcllung<\/b><strong>:<\/strong><br>Himbeer Konfit\u00fcre<br>Nutella<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Garnitur:<\/strong><br>60 g dunkle Kuchenglasur, nach Anleitung auf dem Beutel geschmolzen<br>30 rote oder pinkfarbige kleine Smarties<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Mehl, Kakaopulver, Puderzucker, Vanillezucker und Salz mischen. Butter beif\u00fcgen und zu einer kr\u00fcmeligen Masse verreiben, eine Mulde formen. Ei hineingiessen. Rasch zu einem Teig zusammenf\u00fcgen, nicht kneten. In Folie gewickelt 30 Minuten k\u00fchl stellen.<br>Teig portionenweise 3 mm dick auswallen, Rondellen ausstechen und auf die vorbereiteten Bleche legen, noch einmal 30 Minuten k\u00fchl stellen.<br>In der Mitte des auf 200\u00b0C Ober-\/Unterhitze (Heissluft\/Umluft 180\u00b0C) vorgeheizten Ofens 8-10 Minuten backen. Herausnehmen, ausk\u00fchlen lassen.<br>Die H\u00e4lfte der Guetzli umkehren, mit der F\u00fcllung bestreichen, je mit einem 2. Guetzli belegen.<br>Garnitur: Eine kleine Spitze beim Kuchenglasurbeutel wegschneiden, Geweih, Augen und Nase aufspritzen. Nase mit einem Smarties garnieren und trocknen lassen. <br>Die Guetzli lassen sich trocken und k\u00fchl 2-3 Wochen aufbewahren.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">************<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em><strong>For approx. 30 Pieces:<\/strong><\/em><br><em>325 g (gluten-free) Flour<\/em><br><em>50 g Cocoa Powder<\/em><br><em>150 g Icing Sugar<\/em><br><em>1 tsp Vanilla Sugar<\/em><br><em>1 Pinch of Salt<\/em><br><em>200 g Butter, soft<\/em><br><em>1 Egg, beaten<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em><strong>Filling:<\/strong><\/em><br><em>RaspberryJam<\/em><br><em>Nutella<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em><strong>Garniture:<\/strong><\/em><br><em>60 g Dark Chocolate<\/em><br><em>30 red Smarties<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Mix flour, cocoa powder, icing sugar, vanilla sugar and Salt. Add butter and rub quickly into a crumbly mass. Add the egg and quickly put together into a dough. Do not knead! Wrap with cling-foil and cool in the fridge for 30 minutes. <\/em><br><em>Cut the dough into thirds and roll them out 3 mm thick. Cut discs and put them onto a baking tray, cool for another 30 minutes. <\/em><br><em>Bake in the middle of the oven at 200 C (or fan 180 C) for 8-10 minutes. Let them cool completely.<\/em><br><em>Turn half of the cookies over and spread the fillings. Then cover with the second cookie. <\/em><br><em>Garniture: Melt the chocolate and pour it into a piping bag. Cut off a little tip and use this as a pencil to draw Eyes, nose, and antlers. Put a red smarties onto the nose.
