In der Gruppe \u201cKoch mein Rezept\u201c wurde mir <a href=\"https:\/\/www.kochtopf.me\/\">Zorra von Kochtopf<\/a> zugelost. Was soll ich \u00fcber sie sagen? Sie ist in der Blogerwelt so bekannt wie ein bunter Hund! Jede\/r kennt sie, schliesslich blogd sie ja auch schon seit 2004! Das sind 17 Jahre!!!!! Sie geh\u00f6rt damit zum Urgestein der Food-Blogger! Ich habe schon einige Rezepte von ihr nachgebacken, vor allem Brotrezepte, denn in Asien vermissen wir gutes, r\u00f6sches Brot sehr! Brot backen ist auch Zorra\u2018s Passion! Aber sie kocht auch sehr gut und vor allem saisonal! Seit sie ihren Garten hat, im fernen Andalusien, ist sie meist dort oder in der K\u00fcche zu finden. Es gibt echt nichts sch\u00f6neres, als sein eigenes Gem\u00fcse zu kochen! Also f\u00fcr mich geh\u00f6rt Zorra\u2019s Blog zu meinen Liebsten, ich st\u00f6bere oft darin herum, es ist genug Auswahl an Rezepten f\u00fcr jeden da!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Ich habe mich schwer getan, mich auf ein Rezept einzugrenzen, da ist so viel Leckeres vorhanden! Aber ich habe dieses Amarettini morbidi Rezept gefunden, das zur Weihnachtszeit passt und sogar noch glutenfrei ist! She is very well known in the German speaking blogging world. Everybody knows her! Why? Because she is food blogging since 2004! That\u2019s 17 years!!!! She is a dinosaur of the food blogger scene<\/em><em>! I have already baked a lot of recipes from her, mostly bread recipes, as in Asia we crave crisp, strong bread. Bread baking is actually Zorra\u2019s passion! However, she can also cook! And she cooks very seasonal since she has her own garden in Andalusia. For me, Zorra\u2019s blog is a must, it is one of my favorite blogs. There is such a treasure trove of recipes here. <\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>I had problems finding a recipe, as I found so many I wanted to cook or bake. Then I found these Amarettini morbidi, perfect for Advent\u2019s time and gluten-free. <\/em><em>My daughter is happy and is sending her thanks!<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/12\/ama15-1024x683.jpg\" alt=\"Amarettini morbidi mit Marzipan\" class=\"wp-image-12166\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.kochtopf.me\/amarettini-morbidi-mit-marzipan-eiweissverwertung\">Hier ist das Original Rezept von Zorra!<\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Fuer 1 Blech voll:<br \/>200 g ungesch\u00e4lte gemahlene Mandeln<br \/>125 g&nbsp;mit Vanille aromatisierter Zucker<br \/>65 g Marzipan<br \/>2 Eiweiss (M)<br \/>1 Prise Salz<br \/>1 TL Bittermandelaroma<br \/>1 EL Amaretto<br \/>Puderzucker<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Zucker und Marzipan im Foodprozessor cuttern.<br \/>Mandeln ebenfalls im Foodprozessor fein mahlen.<br \/>Alle Zutaten in eine Sch\u00fcssel geben und mit einer Gabel gut vermischen und zugedeckt f\u00fcr 1 Stunde im K\u00fchlschrank ruhen lassen.<br \/>Mit einem&nbsp;kleinen Eisportionierer Kugeln formen (ich hebe 2 Kaffeel\u00f6ffel ben\u00fctzt) und auf einem Blech mit etwas Abstand platzieren. Kugeln mit zwei Fingern oben etwas zusammendr\u00fccken.<br \/>Das Backblech im&nbsp;Ofen 160 C Umluft 10-15 Minuten backen.<br \/>Aus dem Ofen nehmen sofort mit Puderzucker best\u00e4uben und auf dem Blech ausk\u00fchlen lassen.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Tipps:&nbsp;Den Teig unbedingt k\u00fchl stellen, dadurch wird er fester und somit einfacher zu formen.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">************<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>For 1 Baking Tray:<\/em><br \/><em>200 g un-peeled ground Almond&nbsp;<\/em><br \/><em>125 g Sugar, flavored with Vanilla<\/em><br \/><em>65 g Marzipan<\/em><br \/><em>2 Egg-whites (M)<\/em><br \/><em>1 Pinch of Salt<\/em><br \/><em>1 tsp Almond essence<\/em><br \/><em>1 tsp Amaretto<\/em><br \/><em>Icing Sugar<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>In a blender pulse sugar and marzipan.<\/em><br \/><em>Add almonds and pulse them too until all is ground.<\/em><br \/><em>Put all ingredients into a bowl and mix with a fork. Cover and let rest in the fridge for 1 hour.<\/em><br \/><em>With an ice-cream spoon form small balls (I used two teaspoons) and put them onto the baking tray, leave some space between them. With two fingers push them slightly down, so they get the traditional form of Amaretti.<\/em><br \/><em>Bake in the oven at 160 C for 10-15 Minuten.<\/em><br \/><em>Take from the oven and immediately sprinkle with icing sugar. Let cool on the tray!&nbsp;<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><b>Tip:<\/b> Cool the dough down well, so you can form the little balls better.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n<div
