Es schmeckt wirklich wunderbar! Die Sauce aus Zirtonensaft und Kapern gibt dem Fleisch eine herbe Note und macht das Gericht sehr speziell.\u00a0<br \/>Dazu muss man echt nicht viel servieren. Ich habe feine, zarte, junge Karotten, Fenchel und Pepperoni ger\u00f6stet. Das hat sehr gut gepasst. Wer noch eine Beilage dazu servieren will, sollte Reis w\u00e4hlen oder einfach gekochte Kartoffeln.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">************<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>This is again a quick and easy, but very tasty dish. It&#8217;s perfect for big crowds. The sauce is made with lemon juice and capers and gives it a wonderful tangy taste and makes this dish so special.<\/em><br \/><em>You don&#8217;t need to serve a lot of sides. I served young and fresh carrots, fennel and capsicum, roasted in the oven. They go very well with the meat. If you like to serve more with it, use rice or just simple boiled potatoes.\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/12\/sch5-1024x683.jpg\" alt=\"Scaloppine al Limone e Capperi\" class=\"wp-image-12110\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Fuer 4 Personen:<br \/>1 Schweinefilet ca 700 g<br \/>Salz und Pfeffer<br \/>Rosmarin<br \/>Paprika<br \/>Italienische Kr\u00e4uter<br \/>Mehl<br \/>20 g Butter<br \/>2 Zitronen, den Saft<br \/>1 Glas Kapern<br \/>100 ml Weisswein<br \/>Junges Gem\u00fcse wie:<br \/>Karotten<br \/>Fenchel<br \/>rote Peperoni<br \/>Oliven\u00f6l<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Das Gem\u00fcse reinigen, evt. klein schneiden, auf ein Backblech legen und mit Salz und Pfeffer, Italienischen Kr\u00e4utern und Rosmarin bestreuen. Etwas Oliven\u00f6l dar\u00fcber geben und im Ofen bei 200 C Grad ca 35-45 Minuten roesten.<br \/>Das Schweinefilet in ganz d\u00fcnne Scheiben schneiden und etwas flach klopfen. Sehr gut w\u00fcrzen und mit Mehl bestreuen. Die Butter in einer weiten Pfanne schmelzen und die Schnitzelchen darin beidseitig gut durchbraten. In eine vorgew\u00e4rmte Schale geben. Den Bratenfond mit dem Weisswein abl\u00f6schen, Zitronensaft und Kapern zugeben und leicht w\u00fcrzen. Ein wenig einkochen lassen, dann \u00fcber das Fleisch giessen. Das Fleisch mit der Sauce und dem ger\u00f6steten Gem\u00fcse servieren.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">************<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>For 4 Persons:<\/em><br \/><em>1 Pork Fillet approx. 700 g<\/em><br \/><em>Salt and Pepper<\/em><br \/><em>Rosemary<\/em><br \/><em>Paprika<\/em><br \/><em>Italian Herbs<\/em><br \/><em>Flour<\/em><br \/><em>20 g Butter<\/em><br \/><em>2 Lemons, the juice<\/em><br \/><em>1 jar Capers\u00a0<\/em><br \/><em>100 ml White Wine<\/em><br \/><em>Young Vegetables like:<\/em><br \/><em>Carrots<\/em><br \/><em>Fennel<\/em><br \/><em>red Capsicum<\/em><br \/><em>Olive Oil<\/em><br \/><em>or any other vegetable<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Clean the vegetables, arrange them on a baking tray, season with salt, pepper, rosemary and Italian herbs, sprinkle with olive oil and roast in the oven at 200 C for 35-45 minutes.<\/em><br \/><em>Cut the fillet into very thin slices, then beat them flat. Season very well and sprinkle with flour. Melt the butter in a wide flat pan and fry the meat on both sides until browned and cooked. Put them aside into a warmed dish. Add the white wine, lemon juice and capers to the pan and season. Let reduce a little, then pour over the meat.
