Heraus kommen knackige, knusprige Rosenkohl H\u00e4lften, die zu allem passen!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">************<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>We love green vegetables and Brussels Sprout is one of our favorite ones. I have already some <a href=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/category\/brussels-sprout-rosenkohl\/\">recipes<\/a> on my blog. This recipe is very easy and made quickly, as I used the Airfryer. You get a nice and very crunchy result!<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/11\/par5-1024x683.jpg\" alt=\"Knoblauch-Parmesan Rosenkohl aus dem Airfryer\" class=\"wp-image-12072\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Fuer 4 Personen:<br>500 g Rosenkohl<br>2 EL Oliven\u00f6l<br>Salz und Pfeffer<br>Paprika<br>4 Knoblauchzehen, gehackt<br>2 Handvoll Parmesan gerieben<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Den Rosenkohl waschen und halbieren. In einer Sch\u00fcssel mit dem Oel, Salz, Pfeffer und Parmesan mischen. Den gehackten Knoblauch dazu geben und mischen. Im Airfryer portionenweise bei 180 C Grad ca. 15-20 Minuten braten.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">************<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>For 4 Persons:<\/em><br><em>500 g Brussels Sprout<\/em><br><em>2 tbsp Olive Oil<\/em><br><em>Salt and Pepper<\/em><br><em>Paprika<\/em><br><em>4 cloves of Garlic, chopped<\/em><br><em>2 handful grated Parmesan<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Wash the Brussels sprout and cut them into halves. Mix them in a bowl with the olive oil, salt, pepper and parmesan. Add the chopped garlic and mix well.
