Ich mag seinen leicht bitteren Geschmack sehr. Wenn man ihn auch noch mit knusprig gebratenem Speck mischt, schl\u00e4gt jedem Speckfan das Herz h\u00f6her.\u00a0<br \/>\u200bDas habe ich gemacht und noch eine ganze Handvoll Fr\u00fchlingszwiebeln dazu gegeben. Serviert mit einer cremigen Salatsauce ist dies auf jeden Fall einer meiner Lieblingssalate.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">************<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Chicory is supposed to be a winter vegetable but I could eat it all year long. I love its slight bitterness very much. If you then pair it with very crisp bacon, all the bacon fans will go crazy!<\/em><br \/><em>I did that and I also added a handful of chopped spring-onion. Served with a creamy salad dressing this has become one of my favorite salads!<\/em><\/p>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/11\/chi5-683x1024.jpg\" alt=\"Chicor\u00e9esalat mit Speck\" class=\"wp-image-12048\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Fuer 2 Personen:<br \/>2 Chicoree<br \/>100 g Speck<br \/>3 Fr\u00fchlingszwiebeln<br \/><a href=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/2019\/06\/02\/franzoesische-salatsauce-french-dressing\/\">Salat Sauce\u00a0<\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Den Speck ganz klein schneiden und in einer Bratpfanne knusprig braten. In ein Absch\u00fcttsieb geben und gut abtropfen und ausk\u00fchlen lassen. Unterdessen den Chicoree waschen und in feine Streifen schneiden. Die Fr\u00fchlingszwiebeln hacken. Sobald der Speck ausgek\u00fchlt ist, alles zusammen mischen und die gew\u00fcnschte Salatsauce dazu geben. Sofort servieren.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>************<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>For 2 Persons:<\/em><br \/><em>2 Chicory<\/em><br \/><em>100 g Bacon<\/em><br \/><em>3 Spring-onion<\/em><br \/><a href=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/2019\/06\/02\/franzoesische-salatsauce-french-dressing\/\"><em>Salad Dressing<\/em><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>cut the bacon in very small pieces and fry them in a flat pan until really crisp. Drain and let cool. Meanwhile wash and slice the chicory into small slices. Chop the spring-onion. When the bacon has cooled mix everything together and add your favorite salad dressing.
