Dieses s\u00fcsse Brot mit N\u00fcssen und Zimt &#8211; Zimtschnecken \u2013 Cinnamon Rolls &#8211; passt deshalb sehr gut! Aber ich gebe zu, ich mag es zu jeder Jahreszeit! Je mehr F\u00fcllung desto lieber!!! Der Teig ist sehr locker und fluffig, so liebe ich ihn sehr. Deshalb passen diese Zimtschnecken wunderbar!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">************<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>For me bread baking belongs also to the Advent. This sweet bread with nuts and cinnamon is perfect! However, I have to admit, I can eat them all year long. And the more filling the better!!! The dough is fluffy and light, beautifully airy, just delicious! That&#8217;s why these cinnamon rolls are perfect!<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/11\/cin8.jpg\" alt=\"Zimtschnecken \u2013 Cinnamon Rolls\" class=\"wp-image-12036\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">400 g Mehl<br>5 g Trockenhefe<br>250 ml Milch<br>100 g Zucker<br>100 g Butter<br>1 TL Salz<br>1 Ei<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Die trockenen Zutaten zusammen mischen. Die Milch leicht erw\u00e4rmen und die Butter darin schmelzen. Die lauwarme Milch mit Butter in die Zutaten geben und mischen, das Ei dazu geben und den Teig verkneten, bis ein weicher Teig entstanden ist. Mindestens 1 Stunde zugedeckt gehen lassen.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Unterdessen diese Zutaten f\u00fcr die <strong>F\u00fcllung<\/strong> zusammenmischen:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">200 g gemahlene Haseln\u00fcsse<br>100 g gemahlene Mandeln<br>100 g Butter<br>100 g Zucker<br>50 ml Sahne<br>2 TL Zimt<br>Abrieb einer Zitrone<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Alle Zutaten gut vermischen. Es entsteht eine klebrige streichbare Masse.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Den Teig nochmals durchkneten und dann zu einem Rechteck auswallen. Mit 2 Essl\u00f6ffel geschmolzener Butter bestreichen. F\u00fcllung darauf geben und satt aufrollen. <br>Die Rolle mit einem scharfen Messer (oder besser mit einem starken Garn) in 12 gleichgrosse St\u00fccke schneiden. Die Rollen mit der Schnittfl\u00e4che nach oben auf ein Backblech legen. Nochmals 20 Minuten gehen lassen. Im Ofen bei 200\u00b0 ca. 20-30 Minuten backen.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Zuckerguss:<\/strong><br>100 g Puderzucker<br>Saft einer halben Zitrone<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Gut vermischen und \u00fcber die noch warmen Zimtschnecken geben.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">************<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>400 g Flour<\/em><br><em>5 g Dried Yeast<\/em><br><em>250 ml Milk<\/em><br><em>100 g Sugar<\/em><br><em>100 g Butter<\/em><br><em>1 tsp Salt<\/em><br><em>1 Egg<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Mix the dry ingredients together. Warm the milk and melt the butter in it. Add the warm milk to the dry ingredients and mix, add the egg and knead to a smooth dough. Let rest covered for at least 1 hour.<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Meanwhile mix these ingredients for the <strong>filling<\/strong> together:<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>200 g ground Hazelnuts<\/em><br><em>100 g ground Almonds<\/em><br><em>100 g Butter<\/em><br><em>100 g Sugar<\/em><br><em>50 ml Whipping Cream<\/em><br><em>2 tsp Cinnamon<\/em><br><em>Zest of 1 Lemon<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Mix all ingredients well until you get a sticky spreadable mass.<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Knead the dough again and roll it out to a rectangle. Brush with 2 tbsp of melted butter. Add the filling and spread it, then roll the dough up. <\/em><br><em>Cut the roll with a sharp knife (or even better with a string) into 12 same size pieces. Put the rolls cut side up onto a baking dish and cover. Let rest again for 20 minutes.
