Eines meiner Lieblingsrezepte ist Finocchio alla Parmigiana. Dieses Rezept ist etwas \u00c4hnliches, aber statt nur Parmesan zu ben\u00fctzen, machte ich einen Ausbackteig aus Ei und Parmesan. Uns hat es sehr gut geschmeckt, denn der Fenchel ist weich und der Teig knusprig. Like many other vegetables this one is very versatile. One of my favorite recipes is Finoccio alla Parmigiana. This recipe is similar, but I used the parmesan in an egg batter and fried the vegetable. We loved it, as the fennel gets soft and the batter crusty. Die Fenchel putzen, halbieren und im Dampfkochtopf mittel weichkochen. Dann im Teig wenden und in heissem Oel ausbacken.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">************<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>For 4 Persons:<\/em><br><em>4 Fennel<\/em><br><em>3 Eggs<\/em><br><em>70 g grated Parmesan<\/em><br><em>Paprika<\/em><br><em>Oregano<\/em><br><em>Salt and Pepper<\/em><br><em>1 tbsp Flour<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Beat a batter with the eggs, flour and parmesan, season well. Clean the fennel and cut them in halves. Cook them until medium soft.
