Arrabbiata heisst verr\u00fcckt\/aufgebracht, wird aber bei diesem Gericht als \u201escharf\u201c bezeichnet. Es ist ein Gericht, das aus dem R\u00f6mischen stammt, aber der Begriff wird nicht nur f\u00fcr Pasta verwendet. Alles was mit viel Knoblauch, Oliven\u00f6l und Chili gekocht wird, nennt sich al\u2019arrabbiata. Das Gericht mit Pasta stammt aus den 50er und 60er Jahren, als man anfing sch\u00e4rfer zu essen in jener Region. Ich habe aber nicht nur die obig genannten Zutaten verwendet, sondern noch eine scharfe italienische Wurst rein gemischt, das hat allen sehr gut geschmeckt.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">************<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Arrabbiata means angry\/upset, but in this dish it means \u201espicy\u201c! It is a dish originating in Rome, but the term is not only used for pasta. Any dish cooked with olive oil, garlic and chili is called al\u2019arrabbiata. The dish using pasta is from the 50th and 60th as they started eating more spicy food in that area. I did not only use these few ingredients, but also added a spicy Italian sausage. My people loved it very much! <\/em><\/p>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/11\/pen8-691x1024.jpg\" alt=\"Penne al\u2019Arrabbiata di Salsiccia al modo mio\" class=\"wp-image-11973\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Fuer 4 Personen:<br \/>350 g Penne oder andere R\u00f6hren Teigwaren<br \/>200 g rohes Schweinswurst Fleisch (die scharfen Italienischen W\u00fcrste) (Wer die nicht kriegt, kann normale Schweinsbratw\u00fcrste ben\u00fctzen und einfach 1 Chili Schote mehr verwenden)<br \/>1 Chili Schote, fein gehackt<br \/>6-8 Knoblauchzehen, gehackt<br \/>3 EL Oliven\u00f6l<br \/>5 San Marzano Tomaten<br \/>1 rote Peperoni, klein gew\u00fcrfelt<br \/>\u00bc Bund Petersilie, gehackt<br \/>Salz und Pfeffer<br \/>Thymian<br \/>50 ml Weisswein<br \/>20 g geriebener Parmesan<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Wurstfleisch aus der Haut dr\u00fccken und hacken. Das Oliven\u00f6l in einer flachen Pfanne erhitzen und den Knoblauch und die Chili Schote darin anbraten. Das Wurstfleisch dazu geben und gut braten lassen. Dann die Peperoni dazu geben. Unterdessen Die Tomaten sch\u00e4len und hacken. Diese ebenfalls dazu geben. W\u00fcrzen, Thymian dazu geben und falls man mehr Sch\u00e4rfe will, noch etwas Chili dazu geben. Mindestens 30 Minuten k\u00f6cheln lassen. Die Tomaten sollten total zerfallen.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Die gehackte Petersilie dazu geben und den Weisswein dazu geben. Nochmals 10 Minuten k\u00f6cheln lassen. Unterdessen die Penne nach Packungsvorschrift kochen und abgiessen, dabei 1 Suppen-Sch\u00f6pfl\u00f6ffel des Kochwassers in die Sauce geben. Die Penne in die Sauce geben, den Parmesan dazu mischen und servieren.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">************<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>For 4 Persons:<\/em><br \/><em>350 g Penne or other Pasta<\/em><br \/><em>200 g raw Pork Sausage (the spicy Italian kind) (if you cannot find them use normal raw pork sausages but add 1 more chili)<\/em><br \/><em>1 Chili, chopped<\/em><br \/><em>6-8 cloves of Garlic, chopped<\/em><br \/><em>3 tbsp Olive Oil<\/em><br \/><em>5 San Marzano Tomatoes<\/em><br \/><em>1 red Capsicum, diced finely<\/em><br \/><em>\u00bc Bunch Parsley, chopped<\/em><br \/><em>Salt and Pepper<\/em><br \/><em>Thyme<\/em><br \/><em>50 ml White Wine<\/em><br \/><em>20 g grated Parmesan<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Push the sausage meat out of the skin, and chop it. Heat the olive oil in a pan and fry the garlic and chili in it. Then add the sausage meat and fry it well. Add the capsicum. Peel the tomatoes and chop them, then add them. Season well and add the thyme, then let simmer for at least 30 minutes. The tomatoes should be fallen apart by that time. <\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Add the chopped parsley and the white wine. Let cook for another 10 minutes. Meanwhile cook the penne as advised on the packaging. Drain them but pour 1 soup ladle of the cooking liquid into the sauce. Add the penne to the sauce and mix in also the Parmesan.
