Nachos sind eigentlich Mais Chips oder Weizen Tortilla Chips, die \u00fcberbacken werden. Ein feines mexikanisches Fingerfood! Traditionell werden sie mit K\u00e4se \u00fcberbacken, man gibt gerne Jalape\u00f1os dazu, aber man kann sie auch noch viel mehr aufpeppen! Ich habe es gewagt, Mais und Speck dazu zu geben und sie dann mit einer K\u00e4se-Kr\u00e4uter Sauce zu \u00fcberbacken. Sie waren extrem gut! Und sie sind glutenfrei!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Nachos kommen aus der Stadt Piedras Negras, Coahuila, grad \u00fcber der Grenze von Eagle Pass Texas. Ignacio \u201eNacho\u201c Anaya hat dieses Mahl im Victory Club im Jahre 1940 erfunden. Eine Kundin hatte f\u00fcr sich und ihre drei Freundinnen je eine andere Vorspeise bestellen wollen. In der K\u00fcche waren grad frisch gebackene Tortillas fertig, er schnitt sie kurzerhand in Dreiecke und frittierte sie. Dann \u00fcberbackte er sie mit K\u00e4se und Jalape\u00f1os. Als die Kundin ihn fragte, wie die heissen, so sagte er \u201eMan kann sie \u201eNacho\u2019s Spezial\u201c nennen.\u201c<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">************<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Nachos are corn chips or wheat tortilla chips which are baked. A delicious Mexican finger-food! Traditionally they are baked with a cheese sauce, and some add Jalape\u00f1os. However, I pepped them up with corn, bacon and herbs. They were extremely good, and they are gluten-free!<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Nachos originate from Piedras Negras, Coahuila, just over the border from Eagle Pass Texas. Ignacio \u201eNacho\u201c Anaya invented this dish in the Victory Club in the year 1940. A guest at his restaurant ordered for herself and three friend each another starter. In the kitchen they had just taken freshly baked tortillas from the oven. He cut them into triangles and fried them. Then he baked them with cheese and Jalape\u00f1os. When the lady asked him, how they are called he said, \u201cJust call them \u201cNacho\u2019s Special\u201d. <\/em><\/p>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/11\/mex1-768x1024.jpg\" alt=\"Nacho's Special, aufgepeppt!\" class=\"wp-image-11941\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">F\u00fcr 6 Personen als Vorspeise:<br>2 Beutel Mais Tortilla Chips (ich habe 2 Sorten gemischt)<br>1 Dose Maisk\u00f6rner<br>1 EL Butter<br>1 Fr\u00fchlingszwiebel, gehackt<br>3 EL Mayonnaise<br>150 g geriebener Cheddar<br>100 ml Milch<br>Paprika<br>Cayenne Pfeffer<br>\u00bd Bund Petersilie, gehackt<br>150 g Feta K\u00e4se<br>150 g Speckw\u00fcrfel<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Die Butter in einer Pfanne schmelzen und die abgegossenen Maisk\u00f6rner mit der Fr\u00fchlingszwiebel darin braten. Leicht ausk\u00fchlen lassen, dann die Mayonnaise dazu mischen. Den Cheddar K\u00e4se mit der H\u00e4lfte des Fetas in der Milch aufw\u00e4rmen und schmelzen, dann mit Paprika und Cayenne w\u00fcrzen. Die H\u00e4lfte der Petersilie dazu mischen. Unterdessen die Speckw\u00fcrfel braten. Die Tortilla Chips in eine grosse ofenfeste Schale geben und die Maisk\u00f6rner, den Speck und den Rest des Fetas, zerkr\u00fcmelt dazu geben und leicht mischen. Dann die K\u00e4se Sauce dar\u00fcber giessen und mit etwas Petersilie bestreuen. Im Ofen bei 170 C Grad ca. 20 Minuten \u00fcberbacken. Die Nachos warm servieren!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">************<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>For 6 Persons as Starter:<\/em><br><em>2 Bags Corn Tortilla Chips (I used two different ones)<\/em><br><em>1 can Kernel Corns<\/em><br><em>1 tbsp Butter<\/em><br><em>1 Spring-onion, chopped<\/em><br><em>3 tbsp Mayonnaise<\/em><br><em>150 g grated Cheddar<\/em><br><em>100 ml Milk<\/em><br><em>Paprika<\/em><br><em>Cayenne Pepper<\/em><br><em>\u00bd Bunch Parsley, chopped <\/em><br><em>150 g Feta Cheese<\/em><br><em>150 g diced Bacon<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Melt the butter in a pan and add the drained corn and the chopped spring-onion. Fry for a while, then let cool a little and mix with the mayonnaise. Add the cheddar with half of the feta cheese to the milk, season with paprika and cayenne and melt it. Add half of the chopped parsley. Meanwhile fry the bacon dices. Put the tortilla chips into an oven-proof dish. Mix the corn, the bacon, and the rest of the feta cheese in and top with the cheese sauce. Sprinkle with some chopped parsley. Bake in the oven at 170 C for 20 minutes.
