Ich habe bereits fr\u00fcher von meinem Airfryer geschw\u00e4rmt. Und ich schw\u00e4rme weiter! Es ist so praktisch, wenn man Esswaren einfach einf\u00fcllen kann, Schalter drehen und schon kocht alles von selber. So geht es mir mit meinem Airfryer, zudem braucht man dort auch kaum Oel.\u00a0<br \/><strong>Gesund? JAP!\u00a0<\/strong><br \/><strong>Schnell? JAP!\u00a0<\/strong><br \/><strong>Praktisch? Absolut!<\/strong><br \/>So habe ich mich dieses Mal an Auberginen gewagt. Auberginen saugen bekanntlich sehr viel Oel auf. Deshalb wollte ich die Chips auch nicht im Oel frittieren, sondern eben im Airfryer, wo sie nur in Heissluft gebadet werden. Aber so ganz ohne etwas Oel gehts nicht.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">************<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>I already talked about the\u00a0Airfryer before. And I will go on doing it! It&#8217;s so practical to just throw food stuff in there and turn it on. It will cook all by itself! And you need only very little oil!<\/em><br \/><em><strong>Healthy? YES!<\/strong><\/em><br \/><em><strong>Fast? YES!<\/strong><\/em><br \/><em><strong>Practical? Definitely!<\/strong><\/em><br \/><em>This time I tried eggplants. Everybody knows, eggplants soak up oil, that&#8217;s why I wanted to fry them in the Airfryer and not in oil. So they were actually roasted in very hot air. But it doesn&#8217;t work with no oil. at all you need a little.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/11\/chips8-1024x683.jpg\" alt=\"Auberginen Chips - Airfryer Rezept\" class=\"wp-image-11875\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">1 grosse Aubergine<br \/>Oliven\u00f6l<br \/>Salz<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Die Aubergine in d\u00fcnne Scheiben schneiden. Meine waren ca 2 mm d\u00fcnn. Die Scheiben in eine Sch\u00fcssel geben und mit Oliven\u00f6l betr\u00e4ufeln, gut wenden, so dass alle Scheiben etwas abbekommen. (Ohne Oel werden die Auberginen Scheiben hart wie Papier)<br \/>Die Auberginen in den Airfryer geben und auf 200 C Grad 5 Minuten frittieren, gut durchsch\u00fctteln und noch 4 Minuten l\u00e4nger frittieren. Mit Salz bestreuen und servieren.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>************<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>1 big Eggplant<\/em><br \/><em>Olive Oil<\/em><br \/><em>Salt<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Cut the eggplants into thin slices, mine were approx. 2 mm thin. Put them into a bowl and sprinkle with olive oil. Turn them around so that all eggplant slices get coated. (Without oil they will get as hard as paper)<\/em><br \/><em>Put them into the Airfryer and turn to 200 C and 5 Minutes. Then shake them well and cook another 4 minutes.
