So kommt dieser Glutenfreier verr\u00fcckter Teig f\u00fcr Focaccia und mehr sehr gelegen. Durch die Allergie auf Gluten ist Kochen und Backen f\u00fcr alle zusammen recht schwierig geworden. Was ich einfach mache, ist, alle Gew\u00fcrze und Saucen nur noch glutenfrei zu kaufen. Aber wenn&#8217;s um&#8217;s Backen geht, wird es schwierig, weil das glutenfreie Geb\u00e4ck oft nicht so schmeckt, wie das mit Gluten. Logischerweise geht das Brot nicht so auf, wie das mit Gluten und bleibt oft kr\u00fcmelig. Aber <a href=\"https:\/\/www.kitchennostalgia.com\/bread\/gluten-free-crazy-dough.html\">dieser Teig<\/a> hier ist absolut \u00fcberraschend aufgegangen und hat wunderbar geschmeckt, fast wie Teig mit normalem Mehl. Der Teig eignet sich sehr gut f\u00fcr Br\u00f6tchen, Focaccia, Pizza, Brezeln und selbst f\u00fcr Zimtschnecken!\u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">************<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Baking with hindrance you could call this, when someone in your family has celiac disease. This gluten allergy has made cooking for our family quite difficult. I bought all spices and sauces for cooking gluten-free.\u00a0But when it comes to baking, it gets difficult because gluten-free pastries often don&#8217;t taste as good as those made with gluten. Logically, the bread doesn&#8217;t rise like the gluten one and often is crumbly. But <a href=\"https:\/\/www.kitchennostalgia.com\/bread\/gluten-free-crazy-dough.html\">this dough<\/a> rises in an absolutely surprising way and tastes wonderful, almost like dough made with normal flour. The dough is very suitable for rolls, focaccia, pizza, pretzels and even cinnamon rolls!<\/em><\/p>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/11\/glu1-951x1024.jpg\" alt=\"Glutenfreier verr\u00fcckter Teig f\u00fcr Focaccia und mehr\" class=\"wp-image-11858\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">320 ml warme Milch<br>1 TL Zucker<br>7 g Trockenhefe<br>500 g glutenfreies Mehl<br>1 Beutel Backpulver<br>1 1\/2 TL Salz<br>120 g Jogurt<br>1 Ei<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Ich habe die H\u00e4lfte der Menge genommen, die im original Rezept genommen wurde und habe das Rezept leicht angepasst.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Die warme Milch mit dem Zucker und der Trockenhefe vermischen und 10 Minuten stehen lassen. Alle anderen Zutaten in die Sch\u00fcssel geben und die gemischte Milch dazu geben. Alles gut zusammen kneten. Die Sch\u00fcssel zugedeckt 1 Stunde stehen lassen, der Teig verdoppelt sich. Den Teig auf einem Backpapier von hand flach dr\u00fccken, mit den Fingerspitzen leicht eindr\u00fccken. Nun mit Oliven, Chilies, Schalotten und Kr\u00e4uter verzieren. Etwas Oliven\u00f6l dar\u00fcber tr\u00e4ufeln und im Ofen bei 220 C Grad ca. 20-30 Minuten backen.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">************<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em><a href=\"https:\/\/www.kitchennostalgia.com\/bread\/gluten-free-crazy-dough.html\">Here is the original recipe!<\/a><\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>I used half of the amount and after resting the dough pushed it onto a baking paper. Flatten it lightly and push the fingertips into it. Decorate with herbs, shallots, chilis and olives.
