Manchmal sind sie vom Baum gefallen und haben braune Stellen, oder ein Vogel hat ihn angepickt oder &#8211; was noch mehr vorkommt, wenn man die \u00c4pfel, wie meine Familie, nicht chemisch spritzt &#8211; man hat einen Wurm drin oder irgendwelche Verunreinigungen und Flecken. Ich mache damit Suessmost-Gelee. Deshalb wirft man gerne schnell so einen Apfel weg, dabei w\u00e4re er doch noch gut, man m\u00fcsste nur diese Stellen wegschneiden.<br \/>Wir &#8211; meine Kinder, meine Schw\u00e4gerin und ich &#8211; haben daraus mit einer Apfelpresse S\u00fcssmost\/Apfelsaft gemacht. Wir haben im Regen gestanden, meine Schw\u00e4gerin und ich haben die Verunreinigungen weggeschnitten und meine Kinder haben den Hacker und die Presse bedient. Es war kalt und nass, aber wir hatten viel Spass!!<br \/>Frisch getrunken ist der &#8220;Moscht&#8221; echt toll! Aber wenn man sehr viel Saft hat, der innert 2 Tagen getrunken werden sollte, dann mache ich Apfelgelee daraus. \u00dcbrigens kann man frischen S\u00fcssmost auch einfrieren und sp\u00e4ter daraus eine S\u00fcssmost-Creme machen. Die stelle ich euch sp\u00e4ter vor. Und auf meinem Blog findet Ihr auch schon mehrere Apfelgonfis, wie z.B. <a href=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/2018\/09\/12\/apfel-konfituere-apple-jam\/\">Apfel Konfituere<\/a>, den <a href=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/2018\/10\/13\/apfelgelee-mit-sprutz-schnapps-apple-jelly-with-booze\/\">Apfel Gelee mit Sprutz<\/a> und die <a href=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/2020\/06\/03\/aprikosen-apfel-konfituere-apricot-apple-jam-slow-cooker\/\">Aprikosen-Apfel Gonfi<\/a>.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">************<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Not all the fresh plucked apples are as beautiful as the ones I used for the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/2019\/10\/05\/oepfelchuechli-swiss-apple-fritters\/\">Oepfelchuechli<\/a>\/Apple Fritters.\u00a0Sometimes they fall from the tree and have bumps and bruises, or a bird has picked at them. Or &#8211; what is even more common, as we don&#8217;t spray the fruits with chemicals &#8211; you might find a worm inside or the fruits have black spots. That&#8217;s why people often throw away such fruits, but actually they are still good, you just have to cut away those faults.\u00a0We &#8211; my sister-in-law, my kids and me &#8211; made apple cider with them. We stood in the rain and worked hard on an\u00a0ancient\u00a0apple press. My sister-in-law and I cut the spots off the apples and the kids worked at the cutter and the press. It was cold and wet but we had a lot of fun!!<\/em><br \/><em>Fresh apple cider is delicious! But fresh apple cider has to be consumed quickly, that&#8217;s why I made Jelly with it. Actually you can freeze fresh juice and use later for an apple cider dessert, I will post the recipe later. Dann gut vermischen und ca 8 Minuten sprudelnd kochen lassen. Sofort in saubere Gl\u00e4ser einf\u00fcllen und gut verschliessen. Den Gelee 2 Tage stehen lassen, damit er richtig fest wird.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Tip: <\/strong>Man kann den Gelee auch mit Zimt oder Gl\u00fchwein Gew\u00fcrzen mischen, dann schmeckt er mal anders.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">************<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>For 8 Jars:<\/em><br \/><em>1,5 L fresh Apple Juice<\/em><br \/><em>1 kg Preserving Sugar<\/em><br \/><em>1 Bag Dr. Oetker Gelfix Extra 3:1<\/em><br \/><em>2 Vanilla Beans, cut open and Seeds scraped out, use both the seeds and the stalks!<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Put all the ingredients into a deep pot and heat up. Mix well and let boil for 8 minutes. Please don&#8217;t leave the pot by itself! Immediately pour into clean jars and close tightly.
