Das Fleisch auf beiden Seiten w\u00fcrzen. Die Schinkenscheiben darauf legen, dann den Gorgonzola K\u00e4se in die Mitte geben. Ein paar Spinat Bl\u00e4tter dar\u00fcber legen. Nun das Fleisch satt aufrollen und mit Zahnstochern fixieren. Dann die Holzspiesse durch jeden Drittel der Rolle dr\u00fccken und dazwischen die Rollen schneiden. Die Rollen an den Spiessen mit der Schnittkante nach oben in eine gefettete Gratin Schale legen, mit geschlagenem Ei bestreichen und etwas Polenta Mehl dar\u00fcber streuen. Im Ofen bei 180 C Grad 30 Minuten braten lassen. <\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">************<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>For 4 Persons:<\/em><br><em>4 Chicken Breasts<\/em><br><em>Sliced cooked Ham <\/em><br><em>Gorgonzola Cheese<\/em><br><em>Salt and Pepper<\/em><br><em>Paprika<\/em><br><em>Spinach Leaves<\/em><br><em>1 Egg<\/em><br><em>Polenta Flour<\/em><br><em>Wooden Skewers<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Cut the chicken breasts open so you have one big schnitzel, beat it flat with a pan. Season the meat on both sides. Then add some ham slices and put some Gorgonzola into the middle. Add some spinach leaves and roll the meat up tightly. Secure with some toothpicks. Now push the skewers through each third of the roll and cut it apart between the skewers. Put the skewers with the cut side up into a greased dish and brush with some beaten egg. Then sprinkle with the polenta flour.
