Klar, denn meine Kinder, die in Asien aufgewachsen sind, konnten uns ja 2 Jahre lang nicht besuchen und sie vermissen die Kost sehr. So werden dauernd Reispapier Fr\u00fchlingsrollen, Dumplings gew\u00fcnscht, glutenfrei nat\u00fcrlich, Reisnudeln mit Sauce, Huhn in allen Variationen und vieles mehr. Fr\u00fchlingsrollen mache ich normalerweise mit den Weizenbl\u00e4ttern, aber wie gesagt, glutenfrei ist angesagt. Nichts Leichteres als das! Man nimmt einfach die Reisbl\u00e4tter! Was man genau in die Rollen tut, ist jedem selbst \u00fcberlassen, aber wichtig ist eine gute <a href=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/2020\/12\/28\/asiatische-dipping-saucen-asian-dipping-sauces\/\">Dipping Sauce<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">************<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>I must admit I have seldom cooked Chinese food so often as now in Europe. Of course, my kids grew up in Asia and they miss the food very much. They could not visit for the last 2 years. They ask for dumplings, gluten-free of course, rice noodles, chicken in all variations etc. Usually I make spring-rolls with the wheat wrappers, but as I mentioned, it must be gluten-free. Nothing easier than that! I just use the rice wrappers! What you add to the spring-rolls is up to you, however you need to serve them with a good <\/em><a href=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/2020\/12\/28\/asiatische-dipping-saucen-asian-dipping-sauces\/\"><em>Dipping Sauce<\/em><\/a><em>. <\/em><\/p>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/10\/spr10-683x1024.jpg\" alt=\"Reispapier Fr\u00fchlingsrollen\" class=\"wp-image-11782\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">F\u00fcr 10 Rollen:<br>10 Reispapier Bl\u00e4tter<br>150 g Schweinsgehacktes<br>1 Karotte, in Julienne geschnitten<br>4 Fr\u00fchlingszwiebeln, Julienne geschnitten<br>1 EL Soja Sauce<br>2 Knoblauchzehen, gehackt<br>1 EL Fisch Sauce<br>50 g Reisnudeln, in heissem Wasser eingelegt<br>Einige Pfefferminze Bl\u00e4tter<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Das Schweinefleisch mit dem Knoblauch, der Soja Sauce und Fisch Sauce gut vermischen. Eine weite Sch\u00fcssel mit Wasser f\u00fcllen und jeweils ein Reisblatt aufs Mal einlegen, bis es weich ist. Das Reisblatt auf ein K\u00fcchentuch legen und wieder ein neues Reisblatt im Wasser einlegen. Auf das untere Ende des Reisblattes etwas der Fleischmischung geben, ein wenig der Karotte, Fr\u00fchlingszwiebel und Reisnudeln. 2-3 Pfefferminze Bl\u00e4tter dazu geben und einmal einrollen. Beide Seiten des Reisblattes einklappen und dann die Fr\u00fchlingsrolle satt aufrollen. Auf ein Backpapier legen. Alle Fr\u00fchlingsrollen so fertig stellen. Etwas Oel in einer flachen Pfanne erhitzen und die Rollen darin rundherum braten. Mit einer <a href=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/2020\/12\/28\/asiatische-dipping-saucen-asian-dipping-sauces\/\">Dipping Sauce<\/a> servieren.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">************<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>For 10 Rolls:<\/em><br><em>10 Rice Paper Wrappers<\/em><br><em>150 g ground Pork<\/em><br><em>1 Carrot, cut into Julienne<\/em><br><em>4 Spring-onion, cut into Julienne<\/em><br><em>1 tbsp Soy Sauce<\/em><br><em>2 cloves of Garlic, chopped<\/em><br><em>1 tbsp Fish Sauce<\/em><br><em>50 g Rice Noodles, soaked in water<\/em><br><em>Some Peppermint Leaves<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Mix the pork with the chopped garlic, soy sauce, and fish sauce. Put some water into a wide bowl and soak one of the rice paper wrappers in it, one at the time, until soft. Take it from the bowl and put it onto a kitchen towel, soak another wrapper in the water. Put some of the meat onto the lower part of the rice wrapper and add some carrot, spring-onion, and rice noodles. Fold the lower part oft he wrapper up. Then fold both sides in and roll the spring-roll up tightly. Put it onto a baking paper. Finish all the spring-rolls. Then heat some oil in a flat pan and fry the spring-rolls on all sides.
