Das gibt allem einen feinen asiatischen Geschmack, der bei allen gut ankommt. Ich mag Crevetten gerne etwas scharf, sonst schmecken sie mir nicht, bin wohl von den Sichuan Prawns verw\u00f6hnt werden! Der Salat kann als ganzes Mahl oder als Vorspeise serviert werden, beides ist sehr gut m\u00f6glich.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">************<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>This is a delicious und slightly spicy salad made with shrimps and eggplants on a dressing from sweet chili sauce and honey mustard. This gives it a delicious Asian taste which everyone loves. I love spicy shrimps otherwise they don\u2019t taste so good. <\/em><em>I might be spoiled by the Sichuan prawns! <\/em><em>This salad can be served as full meal or as a starter, both ways it is delicious. <\/em><\/p>\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/10\/ass9-1024x755.jpg\" alt=\"Crevetten Salat mit Asiatischem Dressing und Auberginen\" class=\"wp-image-11658\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>F\u00fcr 4-6 Personen:<\/strong><br>Verschiedene gr\u00fcne Salatbl\u00e4tter oder gemischter Salat<br>600 g Crevetten\/Garnelen, Vene entfernt und gesch\u00e4lt<br>1 Tomate, ganz fein gew\u00fcrfelt<br>1 Aubergine<br>Paprika<br>Salz und Pfeffer<br>20 g Butter<br>\u00bd TL Kurkuma<br>2 Knoblauchzehen, fein gehackt<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Dressing:<\/strong><br>6 EL Sweet Chili Sauce<br>2 EL Honigsenf (ich habe meinen selbstgemacht, 2 EL Senf und 1 TL Honig)<br>3 EL Oliven\u00f6l<br>2 EL Rotwein Essig<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Die Auberginen in kleine Stifte schneiden und im D\u00e4mpfer (ich ben\u00fctze den Reiskocher) 20 Minuten d\u00e4mpfen, dann in wenig Oel braten und mit Paprika, Salz und Pfeffer w\u00fcrzen. Ausk\u00fchlen lassen. Die Crevetten mit dem Knoblauch in der Butter braten, Kurkuma dar\u00fcber streuen, das macht sie etwas bunter. (kann weggelassen werden) Abtropfen lassen und abk\u00fchlen. Die Zutaten des Dressings zusammen mischen, dann die abgek\u00fchlten Crevetten dazu mischen. Die Salatbl\u00e4tter auf Tellern anrichten. Etwas der gebratenen Auberginen dar\u00fcber geben und die gehackte Tomate. Die marinierten Garnelen dar\u00fcber geben und servieren.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">************<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong><em>For 4-6 Persons:<\/em><\/strong><br><em>Different green salad leaves or a mixed Salad<\/em><br><em>600 g Shrimps, de-veined <\/em><br><em>1 Tomato, diced finely<\/em><br><em>1 Eggplant<\/em><br><em>Paprika<\/em><br><em>Salt and Pepper<\/em><br><em>20 g Butter<\/em><br><em>\u00bd tsp Turmeric<\/em><br><em>2 cloves of Garlic, chopped<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong><em>Dressing:<\/em><\/strong><br><em>6 tbsp Sweet Chili Sauce<\/em><br><em>2 tbsp Honey Mustard (I made my own, 2 tbsp Mustard and 1 tsp Honey)<\/em><br><em>3 tbsp Olive Oil<\/em><br><em>2 tbsp Red Wine Vinegar<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Cut the eggplant into small sticks and steam them for 20 minutes (I made it in the rice cooker) Then fry them in a little oil and season with salt, pepper and paprika. Set aside. Fry the shrimps and garlic in the butter and season with turmeric to enhance the color. (no need if you do not like it) Drain and let cool. Mix the ingredients for the dressing together and add the shrimps. Put the salad leaves onto plates, add some of the fried eggplants and diced tomato. Put the marinated shrimps on top and serve.<\/em> <\/p>\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\"
