Also echt eine Explosion im Gaumen, ich kann sie nur empfehlen! Sie sind so einfach herzustellen und vorzubereiten, dann kocht man sie im Ofen, dass man sie im Nu fertig hat! Yes, and these meatballs are a little different to the ones served in Europe! They are crisp, spicy, sticky, sweet! Everything together! An explosion in your mouth! I urge you to try them! They are very easy to prepare, you can prepare them in advance and just let them cook in the oven, very simple! And they are gluten-free, however if you cannot find these breadcrumbs you can also use normal ones. <\/em><\/p>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/09\/tha11-1024x683.jpg\" alt=\"Klebrige Fleischbaellchen aus Thailand\" class=\"wp-image-11563\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">F\u00fcr 4 Personen:<br><strong>Die Fleischb\u00e4llchen:<\/strong><br>120 g Reis-Paniermehl (oder normale)<br>1 Ei<br>2 geriebene Knoblauchzehen<br>2 cm geriebener Ingwer<br>1 EL gelbe Thai Curry Paste (oder mehr)<br>\u00bc TL Salz<br>1 EL Fisch Sauce<br>500 g Rinderhackfleisch oder gehacktes H\u00fchnerfleisch<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>F\u00fcr die Sauce:<\/strong><br>3 EL Thai Sweet Chili Sauce<br>2 EL Soja Sauce<br>1 EL Essig<br>2 EL Honig<br>1-2 rote Chilis gehackt<br>150 ml Wasser<br>1 geh\u00e4ufter TL Speisest\u00e4rke<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Alle Zutaten f\u00fcr die Fleischb\u00e4llchen zusammen kneten. Daraus ca. 20 Fleischb\u00e4llchen formen und in eine ofenfeste Form geben. Im Ofen bei 200 C Grad ca. 20 Minuten backen. F\u00fcr die Sauce alle Zutaten gut zusammen mischen, dann in einem kleinen Topf erw\u00e4rmen, bis sie sch\u00f6n dick und durchsichtig ist. Die Sauce \u00fcber die Fleischb\u00e4llchen giessen und mit weissem Reis servieren.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">************<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>For 4 Persons:<\/em><br><strong><em>The Meatballs:<\/em><\/strong><br><em>120 g Rice-Breadcrumbs (or normal breadcrumbs)<\/em><br><em>1 Egg<\/em><br><em>2 grated cloves of Garlic<\/em><br><em>2 cm grated Ginger<\/em><br><em>1 tbsp yellow Thai Curry Paste (or more)<\/em><br><em>\u00bc tsp Salt<\/em><br><em>1 tbsp Fish Sauce<\/em><br><em>500 g ground Beef or Chicken<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong><em>For the Sauce:<\/em><\/strong><br><em>3 tbsp Thai Sweet Chili Sauce<\/em><br><em>2 tbsp Soja Sauce<\/em><br><em>1 tbsp Essig<\/em><br><em>2 tbsp Honig<\/em><br><em>1-2 red Chilis chopped<\/em><br><em>150 ml Water<\/em><br><em>1 heaped tsp Cornstarch<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Knead all ingredients for the meatballs well together. Form approx. 20 small balls and put them in an oven-proof dish. Bake in the oven at 200 C for approx. 20 minutes. For the sauce mix all ingredients together and heat up in a small pot. Let cook until thick and glossy.
