Immer wieder, wenn wir G\u00e4ste zum Abendessen haben, \u00fcberlege ich mir, was ich Neues oder Besonderes auftischen kann. Da ich gerade in der Schweiz weile, habe ich beim Einkaufen eine Flasche Marsala gefunden. Marsala ist eine Art Wein, der aus der Sizilianischen Stadt Marsala stammt. Fr\u00fcher war er bei den Engl\u00e4ndern sehr beliebt, hat er doch einen \u00e4hnlichen Geschmack wie Portwein. \u00a0Ich erinnerte mich daran, dass meine Mutter damit feine Saucen gemacht hatte. Also habe ich die Flasche gekauft! Dazu habe ich selbstgemachte Gnocchi serviert und ger\u00f6stete Kirschtomaten und Knoblauchzehen. Das hat alles wunderbar zusammen gepasst und wurde gerne gegessen.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">************<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>A fine menu is this pork fillet in Marsala sauce! Every time I have dinner guests, I try to find something to cook that is new or special. I am in Switzerland at the moment and found when shopping a bottle of Marsala. Marsala is a wine from the Sicilian town Marsala. IT used to be brought to England as the English loved it very much. It has a similar taste to port wine. I remembered my mother making fine sauces with it. So, I bought a bottle! I served the meat with homemade Gnocchi and roasted cherry tomatoes and garlic cloves. This all fit well together, and the visitors loved it! <\/em><\/p>\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/09\/mar16-1024x777.jpg\" alt=\"Schweinefilet W\u00fcrfel in Marsala mit selbstgemachten Gnocchi und ger\u00f6steten Tomaten und Knoblauch\" class=\"wp-image-11506\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>F\u00fcr 4 Personen:<\/strong><br>800 g Schweinefilet in W\u00fcrfel geschnitten<br>1 EL Mehl<br>1 kleine Zwiebel, gehackt<br>\u00bd Bund Schnittlauch<br>2 Knoblauchzehen, gehackt<br>\u00bd L Marsala<br>Salz und Pfeffer<br>Oliven\u00f6l<br>Thymian<br>Chili Flocken<br>Paprika<br>100 ml Sahne<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>F\u00fcr die Gnocchi:<\/strong><br>1 kg Kartoffeln<br>Mehl<br>Spritzbeutel<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>F\u00fcr das Gem\u00fcse:<\/strong><br>500 g Kirschtomaten<br>2-4 ganze Knoblauch<br>Oliven\u00f6l<br>Salz und Pfeffer<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Das Fleisch mit den Gew\u00fcrzen und dem Mehl gut vermischen. Etwas Oliven\u00f6l erhitzen und Zwiebel und Knoblauchzehen darin anschwitzen. Das Fleisch dazu geben und gut braten. Die H\u00e4lfte des Marsalas dazu giessen und leicht einkochen lassen, den gehackten Schnittlauch dazu geben. Den Rest des Marsalas zugeben und einkochen lassen, dann die Sahne dazu giessen und sobald die Sauce eindickt servieren. <br>F\u00fcr die Gnocchi die Kartoffeln gut durch kochen, dann mit der K\u00fcchenmaschine fein raffeln. In der K\u00fcchenmaschine weiter bearbeiten, gut verkneten und langsam soviel Mehl dazu geben, bis es eine dickliche Masse ist. (Je weniger Mehl, desto besser die Gnocchi!) Die Masse in Spritzbeutel abf\u00fcllen. Viel gesalzenes Wasser zum Kochen bringen und die Gnocchi mit einer Schere direkt aus dem Spritzbeutel ins Wasser schneiden. Sobald sie obenauf schwimmen, sind sie gekocht. Absch\u00f6pfen und servieren.<br>Den Knoblauch oben die Spitzen abschneiden und in eine gefettete Gratinform geben. Die Kirschtomaten dazu geben. Mit Salz und Pfeffer w\u00fcrzen und etwas Oliven\u00f6l dar\u00fcber geben. Im Ofen bei 180 C Grad ca. 30 Minuten r\u00f6sten. <br>Alles zusammen sch\u00f6n auf Teller anrichten und servieren.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">************<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong><em>For 4 Persons:<\/em><\/strong><br><em>800 g Pork Tenderloin, diced<\/em><br><em>1 tbsp Flour<\/em><br><em>1 small Onion, chopped<\/em><br><em>\u00bd Bunch Chives<\/em><br><em>2 cloves of Garlic, chopped<\/em><br><em>\u00bd L Marsala<\/em><br><em>Salt and Pepper<\/em><br><em>Olive Oil<\/em><br><em>Thyme<\/em><br><em>Chili Flakes<\/em><br><em>Paprika<\/em><br><em>100 ml Whipping Cream<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong><em>For the Gnocchi:<\/em><\/strong><br><em>1 kg Potatoes<\/em><br><em>Flour<\/em><br><em>Piping Bags<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong><em>For the Vegetable:<\/em><\/strong><br><em>500 g Cherry Tomatoes<\/em><br><em>2-4 Garlic Bulbs<\/em><br><em>Olive Oil<\/em><br><em>Salt and Pepper<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Mix the meat with the seasoning and the flour. Heat some oil in a wide pan and fry the garlic and onion. Add the meat and fry well. Add half oft he marsala and also the chives. Let reduce a little then add the rest of the marsala and the whipping cream. Let reduce until it thickens. Then serve. <\/em><br><em>For the Gnocchi cook the potatoes well! Then grate them finely with the kitchen machine. Let it knead with the machine and slowly add some flour until thick. (The less flour you use the better the Gnocchi!) Put this dough into the piping bags. Bring salted water to a boil and cut with a scissor pieces from the dough directly into the water. As soon as they float, they are cooked. Drain and serve. <\/em><br><em>Cut the tips off the garlic bulbs and put them into a greased oven-proof dish. Add the cherry tomatoes, season with salt and pepper and add a little olive oil.
