Dabei ist es nicht wie bei uns in Europa ein Fr\u00fchst\u00fcck, sondern eher ein Imbiss oder Fingerfood. Man schneidet es in mundgerechte St\u00fccke und dekoriert mit japanischer Mayonnaise und kalt serviert. Man kann sie mit einigen Zutaten f\u00fcllen, ich liebe es einfach. Auch dieses Rezept nimmt an <a href=\"https:\/\/volkermampft.de\/die-besten-rezepte-aus-japan-tolle-gerichte-der-japanischen-kueche\/\">Volkermampft\u2019s Kulinarischer Weltreise<\/a> teil!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">************<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>These Japanese egg rolls are being served very often in Japan. However, they are not being served as breakfast, as we do in Europe, but more like finger-food or snack. It is being cut in bite-size pieces, decorated with Japanese mayonnaise, and served cold. You can fill it with many ingredients however I like it simple. This recipe takes part in <a href=\"https:\/\/volkermampft.de\/die-besten-rezepte-aus-japan-tolle-gerichte-der-japanischen-kueche\/\">Volkermampft\u2018s event culinary world travel. <\/a><\/em><\/p>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/09\/tam18-817x1024.jpg\" alt=\"Tamagoyaki \u2013 Japanische Eierrolle\" class=\"wp-image-11478\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">F\u00fcr eine Eierrolle:<br \/>3 Eier<br \/>2 EL Milch<br \/>\u00bc gelbe Peperoni, klein gehackt<br \/>2 Fr\u00fchlingszwiebeln, kleingehackt<br \/>Salz und Pfeffer<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Die Eier mit der Milch aufschlagen, dann das Gem\u00fcse zugeben und nach Wunsch w\u00fcrzen. Nun folgt die typische japanische Art, diese Rolle zu kochen! Man erhitzt etwas Oel in einer flachen Pfanne und f\u00fcllt ca. die H\u00e4lfte des Teiges in die Pfanne. Durch Bewegen der Pfanne (wie bei Cr\u00eapes) wird die Eimasse \u00fcberall hin verteilt. Sobald die Omelette halb durch gekocht ist, rollt man sie mit einem Silikonschaber oder einer Schaufel einmal ein und rutscht sie mit der Rolle zum Rand. So entsteht eine freie Stelle in der Pfanne, die man dann mit einem \u00bc des Teiges f\u00fcllt.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Wieder wird etwas aufgerollt, wieder die Rolle zum Rand rutschen lassen, so dass der Rest des Teiges Platz hat. So rollt man sie langsam auf, bis es eine sch\u00f6ne Rolle ist. Auf einen Teller geben und ausk\u00fchlen lassen. (Wenn man sie warm schneidet, zerf\u00e4llt sie!) Dann in mundgerechte Scheiben schneiden, mit etwas Mayonnaise dekorieren und servieren.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">************<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>For one Egg Roll:<\/em><br \/><em>3 Eggs<\/em><br \/><em>2 tbsp Milk<\/em><br \/><em>\u00bc yellow Capsicum, finely chopped <\/em><br \/><em>2 Spring-onion, chopped<\/em><br \/><em>Salt and Pepper<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Beat the eggs with the milk, then add the rest of the ingredients and season to taste. Now I explain to you, how the Japanese cook their egg rolls! Heat a little oil in a flat pan and add half of the egg dough. Move the pan in circles (just like cooking a crepe) to coat the whole pan with the egg. As soon as the egg is halfway cooked you roll it up once on one side, best with a silicone tool, push the roll to the edge of the pan, so that you get a free space in the pan. Fill this free space with \u00bc of the egg dough. <\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Again, roll a little up and push the roll to the edge of the pan and add the rest of the dough. And again, you slowly roll the egg roll up until finished. Let cool on a plate, then cut into small slices. (if you cut it when still warm, it will fall apart!)
