In die Pralinen sollten Beeren und N\u00fcsse rein, das geht ganz einfach. Wir haben sie in Silikonformen gemacht, denn dadurch werden sie auch sch\u00f6n und gleich gross. Wenn man sie dann den Besuchern auftischt, oder sie verschenkt, sehen sie sehr professionell aus.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">************<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>My daughter wanted to make pralines and so we went to work! We filled the pralines with berries and nuts, it is very easy! We made them in silicon forms, they turn out even and beautiful. When you serve them to your guests or give them as a gift, they look very professional! \u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/09\/sch19-683x1024.jpg\" alt=\"Pralinen mit Beeren und Nuessen\" class=\"wp-image-11458\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">300 g Milchschokolade<br \/>1 EL Kokosnuss Fett<br \/>Erdbeeren<br \/>Heidelbeeren<br \/>Ganze Haseln\u00fcsse<br \/>Gemischte N\u00fcsse<br \/>Granatapfel Kerne<br \/>100 g weisse Schokolade<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Die Milchschokolade mit dem Kokosnuss Fett schmelzen. Die H\u00e4lfte davon in die Silikon F\u00f6rmchen geben. Silikonformen dann mehrfach im Kreis drehen, so dass die W\u00e4nde der Formen voller Schokolade sind. Beeren in diese F\u00f6rmchen geben, oder ganze Haseln\u00fcsse oder zerdr\u00fcckte gemischte N\u00fcsse. Nun mit der restlichen Schokolade bedecken. Die Formen mehrfach auf die Arbeitsfl\u00e4che klopfen, so dass die Schokolade in alle Luftl\u00f6cher rinnt. Die Pralinen im K\u00fchlschrank durchk\u00fchlen lassen. Dann sorgf\u00e4ltig aus den Formen dr\u00fccken. Die weisse Schokolade schmelzen und in einen Gefrierbeutel geben. Die Spitze abschneiden und die Pralinen damit verzieren. Nochmals ausk\u00fchlen lassen.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">************<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>300 g Milk Chocolate<\/em><br \/><em>1 tbsp Coconut Fat<\/em><br \/><em>Strawberries<\/em><br \/><em>Blueberries<\/em><br \/><em>Whole Hazelnuts <\/em><br \/><em>Mixed Nuts<\/em><br \/><em>Pomegranate Seeds<\/em><br \/><em>100 g White Chocolate<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Melt the milk chocolate with the coconut fat. Put half of it into the silicone forms. Then turn the silicone forms in a circle to coat the sides. Add some berries or one whole hazelnut or crushed mixed nuts. Now add the rest of the chocolate. Bang the silicone forms onto the working surface to fill in the voids. Let the pralines cool in the fridge. Then take them carefully out of the forms. Melt the white chocolate and fill it into as freezer bag. Cut one tip off and decorate the pralines.
