Mein Schwiegervater hatte diesen Salat in seinem Garten gezogen, denn es ist einer der wenigen Salate, der in den Winter w\u00e4chst. Wir freuten uns zwar immer auf die reiche Ernte, aber\u2026. Nach der Ernte ging die Arbeit erst los. N\u00fcsslisalat wird mit der Wurzel gezogen, deshalb h\u00e4ngt und klebt noch viel Erde daran. Man w\u00e4scht und w\u00e4scht und w\u00e4scht\u2026 und das in der Winterzeit, wo das Wasser k\u00e4lter als die Luft ist. Aber wenn man ihn dann serviert, mit feinen gekochten Eiern, mit knusprigem Speck und vor allem mit selbstgemachten, gut gew\u00fcrzten Croutons, dann sind die abgefrorenen Finger vergessen!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Dieser Salat wird in vielen Restaurants und fertig Imbissen angeboten, aber er ist ganz einfach selbstzumachen! Wir von #wirrettenwaszurettenist zeigen Euch, wie einfach es ist, Salate und deren Saucen selbst herzustellen! We were always looking forward to the harvest, but\u2026 only then the real work started. Lamb\u2019s lettuce is being pulled with the roots. That means, there is a lot of soil and dirt sticking to it. You have to wash it a thousand times! And this in winter when the water is colder than the air. However, when you serve the salad with fresh boiled eggs, crispy bacon and homemade well-seasoned croutons, everything is forgotten, even the frozen fingers. <\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>These salads can be ordered in any restaurant or even in some take-aways, but why not make it yourself? A very special thank goes to Martin who presents us every time with a perfect link sheet!<\/em><\/p>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/09\/nue1-847x1024.jpg\" alt=\"Schweizer N\u00fcsslisalat mit Ei, Speck und selbst gemachten Croutons\" class=\"wp-image-11411\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>F\u00fcr 4 Personen:<\/strong><br \/>600 g N\u00fcsslisalat<br \/>3 Gekochte Eier <br \/>6 Scheiben Speck<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/2019\/06\/02\/franzoesische-salatsauce-french-dressing\/\">Franz\u00f6sische Salatsauce<\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Croutons:<\/strong><br \/>3 Scheiben dunkles Brot<br \/>2 EL Oliven\u00f6l<br \/>20 g Butter<br \/>Salz und Pfeffer<br \/>Italienische Kr\u00e4uter<br \/>Chili Pulver<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">F\u00fcr die Croutons, die Brotscheiben in kleine W\u00fcrfel schneiden. In einer Sch\u00fcssel mit dem Oel und der geschmolzenen Butter mischen, sehr gut w\u00fcrzen. Die Croutons auf einem Backblech verteilen und im Ofen bei 180 C Grad 10 Minuten r\u00f6sten. Ausk\u00fchlen lassen.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Den N\u00fcsslisalat gut waschen und die Wurzeln entfernen. Salat auf die 4 Teller verteilen, dann die Eier hacken und darauf verteilen. Den Speck auf einem Teller auf einem K\u00fcchenpapier in der Mikrowelle ca. 3 Minuten knusprig braten. Diese Methode hilft, dass das Fett abgesaugt wird. Den Speck zerbrechen und \u00fcber den Salat geben. Die Salatsauce dar\u00fcber geben und mit Croutons belegen. Sofort servieren.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">************<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em><strong>For 4 Persons:<\/strong><\/em><br \/><em>600 g Lamb\u2019s Lettuce<\/em><br \/><em>3 cooked Eggs <\/em><br \/><em>6 Slices Bacon<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em><a href=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/2019\/06\/02\/franzoesische-salatsauce-french-dressing\/\">French Dressing<\/a><\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em><strong>Croutons:<\/strong><\/em><br \/><em>3 Slices dark Bread <\/em><br \/><em>2 tbsp Olive Oil<\/em><br \/><em>20 g Butter<\/em><br \/><em>Salt and Pepper<\/em><br \/><em>Italian Herbs<\/em><br \/><em>Chili Powder<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>For the Croutons cut the slices of bread into cubes. Put them into a bowl and mix them with the oil, the melted butter and seasoning. Spread them onto a baking tray and roast in the oven at 180 C for 10 minutes. Let them cool down.<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Wash the lamb\u2019s lettuce well and remove the roots. Distribute onto the 4 plates. Add the chopped eggs. Put the bacon slices onto a plate with a kitchen paper and heat in the microwave for 3 minutes until crisp. This method helps to soak the fat up. Break the bacon into small pieces and add to the salad. Pour some dressing over the salad and top with the croutons.
