Diesen Pflaumenkuchen mit Haselnuss-Boden habe ich auf einem Boden aus Haseln\u00fcssen gemacht und ich glaube, die Verbindung von Pflaumen und Haseln\u00fcssen ist mir wirklich gelungen. Die zwei passen wirklich sehr gut zusammen.\u00a0<br \/>Man kann aber diesen Haselnuss-Boden ohne weiteres auch f\u00fcr Birnen oder Aprikosen, Aepfel oder Pfirsiche ben\u00fctzen. Ich denke, das passt sicherlich auch! Serviert, am Besten noch lauwarm, mit einem Klacks Sahne&#8230; was gibt es bessers??<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">************<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>I cannot resist fruit cakes, that&#8217;s why I made this plum cake. This plum cake is made with a wonderful hazelnut crust. I believe the two of them fit very well together. I love this crust!<\/em><br \/><em>Of course you can use this hazelnut crust as well for pears or apricots, apples or peaches. They would be just as delicious! Serve the cake still slightly warm and with a spoon of whipping cream! What better to sweeten your day with??<\/em><\/p>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/09\/pfl8-780x1024.jpg\" alt=\"Pflaumenkuchen mit Haselnuss-Boden\" class=\"wp-image-11369\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Fuer den Haselnuss-Boden:<\/strong><br \/>180 g Weissmehl<br \/>1 TL Backpulver<br \/>2 EL Vanillepudding Pulver<br \/>50 g Zucker<br \/>75 g gemahlene Haseln\u00fcsse<br \/>125 g kalte Butter in St\u00fccken<br \/>2 EL kaltes Wasser<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Das Mehl, Backpulver, Pudding Pulver, Zucker und die N\u00fcsse zusammen mischen. Nun die Butterst\u00fccke und das kalte Wasser zugeben und mit der Faust alles zusammen dr\u00fccken, bis ein m\u00fcrber Teig entsteht. In Klarsichtfolie verpackt 30 Minuten im K\u00fchlschrank durchk\u00fchlen lassen. Den durchgek\u00fchlten Teig zwischen zwei Backpapier Lagen auf die Groesse einer ca 22\/28 cm grossen Backform auswallen und sauber darin auslegen, die Seiten sch\u00f6n hochziehen.<br \/>Nochmals im K\u00fchlschrank 30 Minuten durchk\u00fchlen lassen. Ein Backpapier auf den Teigboden geben und mit Murmeln oder trockenen Bohnen f\u00fcllen und den Boden im Backofen bei 180 C Grad 10 Minuten blind backen. Die Bohnen oder Murmeln entfernen, das Backpapier auch und den Boden nochmals 10 Minuten backen. Leicht ausk\u00fchlen lassen.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><b>F\u00fcllung:<\/b><br \/>1 kg grosse Pflaumen<br \/>Die Pflaumen entsteinen und in Viertel schneiden. Diese nun sch\u00f6n auf den leicht ausgek\u00fchlten Kuchenboden verteilen.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Guss:<\/strong><br \/>2 Eier<br \/>60 g Brauner Zucker<br \/>2 EL Mehl<br \/>3 EL Nature Yogurt<br \/>1 Prise Zimt<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Alle Zutaten zusammen mischen und auf die Pflaumen giessen. Den Kuchen im Ofen bei 180 C Grad ca 40 Minuten backen. Der Kuchen schmeckt am Besten, wenn er noch lauwarm, evt. mit etwas geschlagener Sahne, serviert wird.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">************<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em><strong>For the Hazelnut Crust:<\/strong><\/em><br \/><em>180 g Flour<\/em><br \/><em>1 tbsp Baking Powder<\/em><br \/><em>2 tbsp Vanilla Custard Powder<\/em><br \/><em>50 g Sugar<\/em><br \/><em>75 g ground Hazelnuts<\/em><br \/><em>125 g cold Butter cut into chunks<\/em><br \/><em>\u00a02 tbsp cold Water<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Mix the flour, baking powder, custard powder, sugar and nuts together. Now add the cold butter chunks and the cold water and with your hands press them together until you have a nice dough. Wrap into cling-foil and let cool in the fridge for 30 minutes. Roll the cooled dough out in between two sheets of baking powder until it is big enough for a square baking tray of 22\/28 cm. Put the dough into the baking tray and pull the sides up. \u00a0Cool again for 30 minutes in the fridge. Put a baking paper onto the dough and fill it with dried beans. Bake in the oven at 180 C for 10 minutes.\u00a0<\/em><br \/><em>Take the beans and the baking paper off and bake for another 10 minutes. Let cool the cake crust down a little.\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em><strong>Filling:<\/strong><\/em><br \/><em>1 kg big Plums<\/em><br \/><em>Remove the stone and cut the plums into quarters. Arrange them on the crust.<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em><strong>Glaze:<\/strong><\/em><br \/><em>2 Eggs<\/em><br \/><em>60 g brown Sugar<\/em><br \/><em>2 tbsp Flour<\/em><br \/><em>3 tbsp Nature Yogurt<\/em><br \/><em>1 Pinch of Cinnamon<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Mix all ingredients of the glaze together and pour over the fruits.
