Sie hat es mir schon sehr oft bewiesen!!! Da sie weiss, dass ich sehr an ihren Rezepten interessiert bin, hat sie mir dieses Rezept (und noch einige andere) gegeben. Ich durfte bei diesem Abendessen dabei sein und habe es unglaublich genossen. Sie kocht gerne Chinesisch, klar, denn sie ist selbst Chinesin und mischt auch gerne europ\u00e4ische Speisen mit asiatischen. So ist dieses Gericht entstanden. Ein geworfenes Gem\u00fcse mit einem Gravlax mit Randen mariniert. Auf das Werfen kommt Natalie im Rezept zur\u00fcck!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">************<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>My friend Natalie is a fantastic cook! She proofed it so many times to me!!! As she knows I am very interested in her recipes she gave me this one (and a few more). I was invited to this dinner when she served this creative dish! She loves to cook Chinese, of course, as she is Chinese. But she definitely likes to mix with European cuisine. That\u2019s how this dish was created. Reis Vermicelli oder Wonton Wrappers in Streifen \u2013 in Oel frittier, dann abgetropft<br \/>2. Ich habe <a href=\"https:\/\/chefgordonramsayrecipe.com\/beetroot-cured-salmon\/\">Gordon Ramsay\u2019s Rote Beete Marinierter Lachs gemacht<\/a> \u2013 dann d\u00fcnn aufgeschnitten (du kannst auch Sashimi Fisch ben\u00fctzen)<br \/>3. S\u00fcsse Pomelo Schnitze \u2013 in drittel geschnitten (man kann auch Grapefruit ben\u00fctzen)<br \/>4. Karotten, in lange Streifen geschnitten<br \/>5. Winterrettich \u2013 in lange d\u00fcnne Streifen geschnitten<br \/>6. Radieschen \u2013 in fein geschnittene Scheiben<br \/>7. Eingelegter Ingwer<br \/>8. Roter Kohl \u2013 gehackt<br \/>9. Fr\u00fchlingszwiebeln, lange Streifen<br \/>10. Koriander Bl\u00e4tter<br \/>11. Ger\u00f6stete Erdn\u00fcsse (oder kandierte Waln\u00fcsse)<br \/>12. Ger\u00f6stete Sesam Samen<br \/>13. Rote oder gelbe Peperoni \u2013 in d\u00fcnne Streifen geschnitten<br \/>14. Gurke \u2013 in lange d\u00fcnne Streifen geschnitten<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">F\u00fcr das <strong>Dressing<\/strong> alle Zutaten in einer Sch\u00fcssel mischen.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">2 EL Pflaumen Sauce (die die mit der Peking Ente serviert wird, oder Thai Sweet Chili Sauce)<br \/>1 EL Englischer Senf<br \/>1 EL Soja Sauce<br \/>1 EL Sesam Oel (oder Tahini)<br \/>Etwas Honig<br \/>Zitronensaft oder Limetten Saft<br \/>1 EL Erdnuss Oel oder Oliven\u00f6l<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Anrichten: <\/strong>Auf einem weiten Teller die frittierten Vermicelli in die Mitte geben, dann die Fisch Scheiben darauf geben. Die geschnittenen Gem\u00fcse und Pickles rundherum arrangieren. Sesam und die ger\u00f6steten N\u00fcsse dar\u00fcber streuen und das Dressing dar\u00fcber geben. Vermicelli or wonton wrapper stripes \u2013 deep fried quickly then drain<\/em><br \/><em>2. I made <a href=\"https:\/\/chefgordonramsayrecipe.com\/beetroot-cured-salmon\/\">Gordon Ramsay Beetroot Cured Salmon<\/a> \u2013 thinly sliced (you can use any sashimi grade raw fish)<\/em><br \/><em>3. Red sweet pomelo segments \u2013 break each wedges into about 3 pcs per wedge or substitute with sweet grapefruits<\/em><br \/><em>4. Carrot \u2013 shredded<\/em><br \/><em>5. Daikon radish shredded<\/em><br \/><em>6. Radish sliced with medallion<\/em><br \/><em>7. Pickled ginger<\/em><br \/><em>8. Chinese 5 pickle stripes (optional)<\/em><br \/><em>9. Red cabbage \u2013 shredded<\/em><br \/><em>10. Spring onion \u2013 shredded<\/em><br \/><em>11. Coriander leaves<\/em><br \/><em>12. Roasted peanuts or candied walnuts<\/em><br \/><em>13. Sesame seeds toasted in a dry pan until golden<\/em><br \/><em>14. Red or yellow capsicums or both \u2013 thin stripes<\/em><br \/><em>15. Cucumber &#8211; shredded<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em><strong>Dressing:<\/strong> put all ingredients in bowl or jar then mix well and adjust the taste<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>\u00a02 tbsp Plum sauce (the one used as dip for Chinese roast duck or the Thai sweet chilli sauce)<\/em><br \/><em>\u00a01 tbsp Chinese or English mustard<\/em><br \/><em>\u2022 1 tbsp Soy sauce<\/em><br \/><em>\u2022 1 tbsp Sesame oil (or tahini sauce)<\/em><br \/><em>\u00a0a squeeze of honey<\/em><br \/><em>\u2022 Lemon (or lime juice)<\/em><br \/><em>\u2022 1 tbsp Peanut or Olive oil<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em><strong>To serve:<\/strong> Use a large platter, put the Deep-fried vermicelli in the middle then piled the fish slices on the top. Arrange all the shredded vegetables and pickles nicely around the platter. Lastly sprinkle roasted sesame on top then the dressing.
