Ich mag den Geschmack von Miso und da ich Auberginen liebe, passt das sehr gut! Das ist ein weiteres Rezept f\u00fcr di<a href=\"https:\/\/volkermampft.de\/die-besten-rezepte-aus-japan-tolle-gerichte-der-japanischen-kueche\/?fbclid=IwAR25_0LfeeejRaDw4hU7yjcUu7wk4VImy_C0xEZG5TUeM9OrtWhKiCrfRsg\">e Kulinarische Weltreise von Volkermampft<\/a>, die diesen Juni nach Japan reist. Ich war in Japan, erst vor ein paar Jahren auf einer Wanderreise. Wir wanderten einen Teil des Nakasendo Way. Vorher besuchten wir Kyoto, eine wundersch\u00f6ne Stadt. Wir sahen Geishas, viele Frauen in Kimonos und wunderbare Natur, denn es war Herbst und die B\u00e4ume leuchteten in allen Farben. Wir hatten die traditionellen Kaiseki Abendessen und schliefen in den alten, traditionellen Ryokan auf Futon, am Boden, nicht wirklich sehr bequem. Aber es war eine sch\u00f6ne Reise.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">************<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>These eggplants are typical Japanese and so easy to do. I love the taste of Miso and I love eggplants they are perfect together. This is another recipe for our <a href=\"https:\/\/volkermampft.de\/die-besten-rezepte-aus-japan-tolle-gerichte-der-japanischen-kueche\/?fbclid=IwAR25_0LfeeejRaDw4hU7yjcUu7wk4VImy_C0xEZG5TUeM9OrtWhKiCrfRsg\">culinary world travel of Volkermampft<\/a>, we travel to Japan this month. I was in Japan a few years ago. We did a hiking holiday there and did part of the Nakasendo Way. Before the walks we visited Kyoto, a beautiful town! We saw Geishas, lots of women in traditional Kimonos, and beautiful nature as it was Autumn, and the trees were shining in all colors. We ate traditional Kaiseki for dinner, slept in typical Ryokans on a Futon on the floor, for us not really comfortable. But it was a nice holiday!<\/em><\/p>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/09\/nas17-768x1024.jpg\" alt=\"Nasu Dengaku - Japanische Miso Auberginen\" class=\"wp-image-11321\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">F\u00fcr 2 Personen:<br>2 Auberginen<br>2 EL Oel<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Marinade:<\/strong><br>50 g weisses Miso<br>2 Knoblauchzehen, gehackt<br>1 EL Sake<br>1 EL Mirin (oder Reisessig mit \u00bd TL Zucker)<br>\u00bd TL Honig<br>1 Spritzer Sesam Oel<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Die Zutaten der Marinade in einem kleinen Topf erhitzen, bis eine d\u00fcnne Sauce entstanden ist. <br>Die Auberginen der L\u00e4nge nach halbieren, evt. Diese auch halbieren. Dann mit einem spitzen Messer Rhomben einschneiden. Im Oel erst auf der Schnittseite dann auf der Hautseite jeweils 5 Minuten braten, bis sie weich sind. Die Auberginen auf eine Grillplatte mit der Schnittfl\u00e4che nach oben legen und mit der Marinade grossz\u00fcgig bestreichen. Unter dem Grill im Backofen ca. 10-12 Minuten grillen.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">************<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>For 2 Persons:<\/em><br><em>2 Eggplants<\/em><br><em>2 tbsp Oil<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em><strong>Marinade:<\/strong><\/em><br><em>50 g white Miso<\/em><br><em>2 cloves of Garlic, chopped<\/em><br><em>1 tbsp Sake<\/em><br><em>1 tbsp Mirin (or Rice Vinegar and \u00bd tsp Sugar)<\/em><br><em>\u00bd tsp Honey<\/em><br><em>1 Spritzer Sesame Oil<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Mix the ingredients for the marinade together and heat it up slowly until the marinade is liquid. <\/em><br><em>Cut the eggplants into two lengthwise, maybe you need to half them also. Then cut Then cut rhombuses with a sharp knife. Fry them in hot oil first on the cut side, then on the skin side for approx. 5 minutes each. Put them onto a grill plate.
