Zur Seite geben. In einer flachen Pfanne die Cashew N\u00fcsse kurz anr\u00f6sten, dann den Honig und das Chili Pulver dazu geben und gut in der Pfanne ausbreiten. Dann in einen mit Backpapier ausgelegten Teller geben und ausk\u00fchlen lassen, es ist karamellisiert. Den Wok mit etwas Oliven\u00f6l aufheizen und die Broccolini zugeben, unter wenden ca. 4 Minuten kochen, dann die Soja Sauce zugeben und nochmals 2 Minuten kochen. Die gehackte Schalotte zugeben und auf einem Teller anrichten. Die Miso Sauce dar\u00fcber giessen und die karamellisierten N\u00fcsse dar\u00fcber brechen.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">************<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>For 4 Persons:<\/em><br><em>3 Bunches Broccolini (you can also use broccoli but need to cut them apart) <\/em><br><em>4 tbsp white Miso<\/em><br><em>2 tbsp Honey<\/em><br><em>1 tbsp grated Ginger<\/em><br><em>50 ml Soy Sauce<\/em><br><em>50 ml Water<\/em><br><em>1 Shallot, chopped<\/em><br><em>Chili Powder<\/em><br><em>1 Handful Cashew Nuts<\/em><br><em>1 tbsp Sesame Seeds<\/em><br><em>some Olive Oil<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>For the sauce mix the miso paste with the water and ginger very well, set aside. In a flat pan roast the cashew nuts shortly then add the honey and chili to taste. Spread it in the pan until it caramelizes, then pour it onto a baking paper and spread to cool it down. In a wok heat some olive oil and add the broccolini, cook them on all sides for approx. 4 minutes then add the soy sauce, cook another 2 minutes. Add the chopped shallot and put onto a plate.
