Ich habe grosse Garnelen und \u00a0die kleinen runden Thai Auberginen gemacht und die waren absolut perfekt dazu.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">************<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>These crispy prawns and eggplants are very delicious and quickly done! <\/em><em>They were eaten in no time! <\/em><em>I used big prawns and the small round Thai eggplants and they were absolutely perfect!<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/09\/pan9-1024x683.jpg\" alt=\"Glutenfreie Knuspergarnelen und Auberginen\" class=\"wp-image-11300\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">F\u00fcr den Teig:<br>70 g glutenfreies Mehl<br>30 g Reismehl<br>1 EL Speisest\u00e4rke<br>\u00bc TL Backpulver<br>1 EL Limettensaft<br>1 Prise Salz<br>1 Prise Zucker<br>130 \u2013 140 ml Wasser<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Oel zum Frittieren<br>20 grosse Garnelen, gesch\u00e4lt und Vene entnommen<br>10-12 kleine runde Thai Auberginen, Stiel abgeschnitten<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Die Mehle mit der Speisest\u00e4rke und dem Backpulver vermischen. Salz, Zucker und Limettensaft zugeben. Nun das Wasser langsam zugeben, bis ein dicklicher Teig entsteht. Die Garnelen oder Auberginen darin gut wenden und im heissen Oel ausbacken. Mit Sweet Chili Sauce servieren!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">************<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>For the Dough:<\/em><br><em>70 g gluten-free Flour<\/em><br><em>30 g Rice Flour<\/em><br><em>1 tbsp Cornstarch<\/em><br><em>\u00bc tbsp Baking Powder<\/em><br><em>1 tbsp Lime Juice<\/em><br><em>1 Pinch of Salt<\/em><br><em>1 Pinch of Sugar<\/em><br><em>130 \u2013 140 ml Water<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Oil for frying<\/em><br><em>20 big Prawns, peeled and de-veined<\/em><br><em>10-12 small round Thai Eggplants stem removed<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Mix the flours with the cornstarch and baking powder. Add salt, sugar and lime juice. Then slowly add the water until you have a thick batter. Put the prawns or eggplants into it, then fry them in hot oil.
