Ich habe sie mit rotem Chinakohl, Peperoni und Schalotten gef\u00fcllt, dazu Kr\u00e4uterk\u00e4se zum Binden. Geschmeckt haben sie wirklich gut, wenn sie auch etwas weich waren, also aufpassen beim Essen, wenn sie als Fingerfood serviert werden! Dazu habe ich eine Sweet Chili Sauce serviert, das hat allem einen feinen asiatischen Hauch gegeben.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">************<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>As finger-food, as Starter or even as a side dish, these vegetable wraps are perfect! I filled them with red cabbage, capsicum, and shallots, then mixed some herb cheese in to make it bind. They were delicious, but a little soft, so if you serve them as finger-food be careful. I served them with a sweet chili sauce, perfect, as this gives them an Asian flair! <\/em><\/p>\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/09\/kra19-1024x683.jpg\" alt=\"Asiatische Gem\u00fcse P\u00e4ckchen\" class=\"wp-image-11273\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Reispapier f\u00fcr Fr\u00fchlingsrollen<br>1 roter Chinakohl<br>1 Peperoni<br>2 Karotten, gerieben<br>2 Schalotten<br>Salz und Pfeffer<br>Chili Flocken<br>200 g Kr\u00e4uterk\u00e4se<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Den Chinakohl kleinschneiden, die Peperoni auch, die Schalotten hacken und alles zusammen mit den geriebenen Karotten in einem Topf mit wenig Oel durchbraten. Gut w\u00fcrzen und so lange kochen, bis der Kohl weich ist (ca. 20 Minuten). Die F\u00fcllung total ausk\u00fchlen lassen, dabei in einem Abtropfsieb stehen lassen. Dann gut ausdr\u00fccken, damit die Fl\u00fcssigkeit austritt. Dann mit dem Kr\u00e4uterk\u00e4se vermischen. <br>Kaltes Wasser in eine weite Sch\u00fcssel geben und ein Reispapier darin einweichen. Sobald es weich ist auf ein K\u00fcchentuch legen, 1 EL der F\u00fcllung auf die untere Mitte legen und von unten nach oben das Reisblatt \u00fcber die F\u00fcllung legen. Dann die Linke Seite und rechte Seite einklappen. Nun die Rolle aufrollen, das Reispapier ist nun rundherum mindestens dreifach. Etwas Oel in einer Pfanne erhitzen und die P\u00e4ckchen gut durchbraten. Man kann diese P\u00e4ckchen warm oder kalt servieren.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">************<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Rice Paper for Spring rolls<br>1 red China Cabbage<br>1 Capsicum<br>2 Carrots grated<br>2 Shallots<br>Salt and Pepper<br>Chili Flakes<br>200 g Herb Cream Cheese<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Chop the cabbage, capsicum, carrots and shallots and fry them in a little oil. Season well and let cook until the cabbage is soft (approx. 20 minutes). Let cool completely in a sieve, then press out all the liquid. Mix with the cream cheese. <\/em><br><em>Add cold water into a wide bowl and soak one sheet of the rice paper. When it is soft put it onto a kitchen towel. Add 1 tbsp of the filling to the bottom part. Fold up the bottom, over the filling. Then fold in both sides and roll it up. Now you have all around at least 3 layers of wrapper. Heat some oil in a pan and fry them well.
