Cremige Polenta mit Wurst-Bolognese und Auberginen W\u00fcrfeln. Die Bolognese mache ich immer in grossen Mengen und friere sie ein. Wenn man sie braucht, nimmt man einfach eine Portion raus. Polenta m\u00f6gen wir sehr, wir machen viel K\u00e4se rein, damit sie richtig cremig wird, dazu passt die Wurst-Bolognese echt super! Man braucht ja einen Gegensatz zur cremigen Polenta, etwas mit Sch\u00e4rfe! Als Gem\u00fcse habe ich Auberginen W\u00fcrfel gemacht. Klar, oder?<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">************<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>If you are in a hurry, and you still want to serve a delicious dinner, this dish is perfect. I usually make this Bolognese in big amounts and freeze portions. <\/em><em>When you need some, just defrost it! We love Polenta! <\/em><em>We add a lot of cheese to make it creamy! <\/em><em>And this sausage Bolognese is perfect with it! <\/em><em>You need some spice with the creaminess of the corn! As a vegetable I made diced eggplants, of course, why not?<\/em><\/p>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/08\/pol13-683x1024.jpg\" alt=\"Cremige Polenta mit Wurst-Bolognese und Auberginen W\u00fcrfeln\" class=\"wp-image-11227\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">F\u00fcr 4 Personen:<br><strong>F\u00fcr die Polenta:<\/strong><br>350-400 g grober Mais<br>250 ml Milch<br>300 ml Wasser<br>20 g Butter<br>1 TL Salz<br>Pfeffer<br>Ein paar Chili Flocken<br>50 g Reibk\u00e4se<br>50 g Frischkaese<br>50 g Butter<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">F\u00fcr die Polenta das Milchwasser mit dem Salz, Pfeffer, Chili und den 20 g Butter aufkochen, die Polenta einrieseln lassen und mit einer Holzkelle r\u00fchren. Man muss bei der Polenta bleiben und vor zu r\u00fchren, da sonst die Masse zu spucken anf\u00e4ngt. Meist ist die Polenta in 10-15 Minuten gekocht. Am Schluss K\u00e4se, Frischk\u00e4se und Butter zugeben und schmelzen lassen.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/2019\/09\/18\/italienische-wurst-bolognese-italian-sausage-bolognese\/\"><strong>Hier ist das Rezept zur Wurst-Bolognese<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>F\u00fcr die Auberginen:<\/strong><br>2 Auberginen<br>\u00bd TL Italienische Kr\u00e4uter<br>Salz<br>Oliven\u00f6l<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Die Auberginen in W\u00fcrfel schneiden und im heissen Oel braten, w\u00fcrzen und mit der Polenta und der Wurst-Bolgnese servieren.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">************<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>For 4 Persons:<\/em><br><strong><em>For the Polenta:<\/em><\/strong><br><em>350-400 g coarse Corn Grits<\/em><br><em>250 ml Milk<\/em><br><em>300 ml Water<\/em><br><em>20 g Butter<\/em><br><em>1 tsp Salt<\/em><br>Pepper<br><em>Some Chili Flakes<\/em><br><em>50 g grated Cheese<\/em><br><em>50 g Cream Cheese<\/em><br><em>50 g Butter<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>For the polenta heat up the milk water mixture with the salt, pepper, chili, and the 20 g butter. As soon as it boils slowly add the corn grits and start whisking with a wooden spoon. You must stay at the pan and whisk all the time, or the corn grits will spit all over your kitchen. Most polentas are cooked within 10-15 minutes.
