Ich k\u00f6nnte mich da rein setzen!!! Ganz wahnsinnig gut ist das Thai Style Green Chicken Curry with Eggplants, das schmeckt einfach wunderbar. Leider kann ich nicht allzu scharf essen, deshalb koche ich nie das rote Curry, danach m\u00fcsste ich sehr leiden. Deshalb lasse ich das und esse desto mehr gr\u00fcnes Curry.\u00a0<br \/>Hier habe ich versucht, auf eine einfache Weise ein gr\u00fcnes Thai Curry mit Huhn herzustellen. Ich bin sicher, es ist nicht so, wie es Thail\u00e4nder kochen w\u00fcrden, aber es schmeckte uns sehr, sehr gut!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">************<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>I love the Asian Curries that are cooked with coconut milk! I could eat them all day long! Just\u00a0irresistible good are the Thai green curries with chicken; it&#8217;s so yummy!\u00a0Sadly, I cannot eat very spicy food, if I do, I will regret it later, as I will have a bad tummy ache. That&#8217;s why I don&#8217;t cook the red curries but eat more of the green ones.\u00a0<\/em><br \/><em>In this recipe I tried to make a simple green chicken curry. I am sure, it&#8217;s not how a Thai would cook it but it still turned out pretty delicious!<\/em><\/p>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/08\/thai15-683x1024.jpg\" alt=\"Thai Style Green Chicken Curry with Eggplants\" class=\"wp-image-11218\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Fuer 4 Personen:<br>500 g H\u00fchnerbrust Filets<br>1 Beutel Aroy-D Green Curry Paste<br>600 ml Kokosmilch<br>2 EL Thai Fischsauce<br>1 TL Palmzucker<br>ca 100 g kleine runde Auberginen<br>1 handvoll kleine Maiskoelbchen<br>1 gr\u00fcne Mango<br>wenig Oel<br>Salz nach belieben<br>Chili nach Belieben<\/p>\n<p>In einem Wok wenig Oel und die Curry Paste erhitzen und aufl\u00f6sen. Vorsicht, nicht anbrennen lassen! Die Kokosnuss Milch dazu geben und gut vermischen. Das H\u00fchnerfleisch in W\u00fcrfel oder Streifen schneiden und dazu geben. Die Fischsauce und den Zucker dazu geben und gut vermischen, ca 5 Minuten kochen lassen. Die kleinen runden Auberginen (evt halbiert), die Maiskoelbchen, gedrittelt, und die Mango in St\u00fccken dazu geben. Hier kann man nach Wunsch etwas Salz oder frische Chilies dazu geben. Alles ca 20 Minuten k\u00f6cheln lassen.<br>\u200bEvt. mit Thai Basilikum dekorieren und mit weissem Reis servieren.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">************<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>For 4 Persons:<\/em><br><em>500 g Chicken Breasts<\/em><br><em>1 sachet Aroy-D Green Curry Paste<\/em><br><em>600 ml Coconut Milk<\/em><br><em>2 tbsp Thai Fisch Sauce<\/em><br><em>1 tsp Palm Sugar<\/em><br><em>approx. 100 g small round Eggplants<\/em><br><em>1 handful small Corn<\/em><br><em>1 green Mango<\/em><br><em>little Oil<\/em><br><em>Salt<\/em><br><em>Chili&nbsp;<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>In a wok slowly heat up a little oil with the green curry paste. Be careful not to burn it. Add the coconut milk and mix well. Cut the chicken breasts into cubes and add them. Add the fish sauce and the sugar and mix well. let cook for 5 minutes. Add the small eggplants (you may have to cut them into halves if they are too big), the corn cut into thirds and the diced mango. Now you can also add some salt and fresh chilies to taste.
