Meist sind es genau Portionen f\u00fcr eine Pizza. Manchmal kriegt man auch fertigen Pizzateig, der bereits ausgerollt ist und so einen habe ich diesmal ben\u00fctzt, um diese Gew\u00fcrzte Pizzateig-Schnitten zu machen. Das ist ganz praktisch, wenn man \u00fcberraschend Besucher bekommt, dann ist dieses Geb\u00e4ck ganz schnell gemacht. Den habe ich mit vielen verschiedenen Gew\u00fcrzen belegt und gebacken und als Fladenbrot zum Salat serviert. Man kann es aber auch ganz einfach als Fingerfood servieren. Es geht ganz schnell und ist super einfach.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">************<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>I mentioned before I always have pizza dough in my freezer. Often I freeze it in portions of pizzas. But sometimes you can buy already rolled out dough. That&#8217;s what I used here. This is very practical, when you have visitors coming and you need a quick snack or finger-food. I added all kinds of seasoning and sesame seeds and served it with salad, but it is also a quick and easy snack.\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/08\/pizza1-1024x683.jpg\" alt=\"Gew\u00fcrzte Pizzateig-Schnitten\" class=\"wp-image-11185\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Man braucht:<br \/>350 g fertigen Pizzateig, ausgerollt zu einem Rechteck (<a href=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/2019\/02\/09\/pizza-teig-und-pizzas-pizza-dough-and-pizzas\/\">oder eigenen<\/a>)<br \/>2 Knoblauchzehen, fein gehackt<br \/>1 EL Rosmarin<br \/>4 EL Sesam Samen<br \/>Meersalz<br \/>Paprika<br \/>Pfeffer aus der M\u00fchle<br \/>2 rote Chilis, gehackt<br \/>gemischte getrocknete Kr\u00e4uter<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Den Teig mit den obigen Zutaten bestreuen und im Ofen bei 230 C Grad ca 15-20 Minuten backen. Den Teig leicht ausk\u00fchlen lassen, dann in Schnitten schneiden und servieren.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">************<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>You need:<\/em><br \/><em>350 g ready made Pizza dough, rolled out into a rectangle (<a href=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/2019\/02\/09\/pizza-teig-und-pizzas-pizza-dough-and-pizzas\/\">or homemade<\/a>)<\/em><br \/><em>2 cloves of Garlic, chopped<\/em><br \/><em>1 tbsp Rosemary leaves<\/em><br \/><em>4 tbsp Sesame Seeds<\/em><br \/><em>Sea-salt<\/em><br \/><em>Paprika<\/em><br \/><em>fresh black Pepper<\/em><br \/><em>2 red Chilies chopped<\/em><br \/><em>dried mixed herbs<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Just simply sprinkle the dough with all of these ingredients and bake at 230 C for 15-20 minutes.
