Aber jetzt ist sie hier und ich koche ihren geliebten Fisch f\u00fcr sie! Lachs, wir alle lieben ihn. Er ist vielf\u00e4ltig, schmeckt super und als Fischst\u00e4bchen eignet er sich sehr. Da ich aber glutenfrei essen muss, habe ich ihn nicht mit Paniermehl und normalem Mehl paniert, sondern mit Mais (Polenta), eben so wie <a href=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/2021\/07\/30\/poleniertes-fischfilet-mit-gemuse-und-kartoffeln-corn-coated-fish-fillets-with-veggies-and-potatoes-gluten-free\/\">meine Mutter es dauernd macht<\/a>. Die Andrea\u2019s glutenfreie Lachs-Fischst\u00e4bchenn wurden extrem knusprig und waren wirklich mega gut!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">************<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>My Mum has finally arrived in Switzerland; Covid makes travelling a problem or almost impossible. But now she is here, and I cooked a delicious fish dinner for her. <\/em><em>Salmon, we love it! <\/em><em>It is versatile, tastes delicious and is perfect for fishfingers. As I have to eat gluten-free I did not make a traditional coating with breadcrumbs and normal flour, but I used corn (Polenta) <\/em><em><a href=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/2021\/07\/30\/poleniertes-fischfilet-mit-gemuse-und-kartoffeln-corn-coated-fish-fillets-with-veggies-and-potatoes-gluten-free\/\">just like my mother did. <\/a><\/em><em>\u00a0<\/em><em>The <\/em><em>fishfingers were very crisp and absolutely delicious!<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/08\/sal12-1024x683.jpg\" alt=\"Andrea\u2019s glutenfreie Lachs-Fischst\u00e4bchen\" class=\"wp-image-11174\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Fuer 4 Personen:<br>800 g Lachs ohne Haut, am St\u00fcck<br>Etwas glutenfreies Mehl<br>2-3 Eier<br>Mittleres Polenta Mais<br>Oel zum Braten<br>Salz<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Den Lachs gut k\u00fchlen! So l\u00e4sst er sich besser schneiden. Dann in lange finger-grosse Streifen schneiden. Oder man kann auch quadratische St\u00fccke schneiden. Die Finger im Mehl wenden, dann durch das gesalzene, verschlagene Ei ziehen und am Schluss in der Polenta wenden. Im heissen Oel rundherum knusprig braten. Die Fischst\u00e4bchen mit Zitrone oder <a href=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/2019\/04\/08\/schnelle-mayonnaise-quick-mayonnaise\/\">Mayonnaise<\/a> servieren.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">************<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>For 4 Persons:<\/em><br><em>800 g Salmon without Skin, in one piece <\/em><br><em>Some gluten-free Flour<\/em><br><em>2-3 Eggs<\/em><br><em>Medium ground Corn Flour<\/em><br><em>Oil for frying<\/em><br><em>Salt<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Cool the fish it makes cutting it easier! Then cut it into finger size stripes or into squares. Roll them over in the flour, then pull them through the salted and beaten egg. Lastly turn them over in the corn flour. Fry in the hot oil on all sides until crisp! Serve them with lemon or <a href=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/2019\/04\/08\/schnelle-mayonnaise-quick-mayonnaise\/\">Mayonnaise<\/a>.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img
