Das war ein heisser Sommer in Italien, im Elternhaus meiner Mutter. Im Garten bl\u00fchten die Zucchiniblumen und meine Mutter schnitt die einfach ab. Ich war entsetzt, denn ich wusste, so gab es keine Zucchini. Aber meine Mutter beruhigte mich und meinte, wir machen etwas ganz besonders Gutes daraus, lass dich \u00fcberraschen. Die \u00dcberraschung gelang!\u00a0<br \/>Seither versuche ich dauernd solche Bl\u00fcten zu erhalten, aber in Asien ist das sehr schwierig oder gar unbezahlbar. Jetzt aber, hier in Europa, haben wir sie auf dem Markt gefunden und ich habe sie gef\u00fcllt und gebacken&#8230;. es ist sicherlich kein Wunder, dass keine \u00fcbrig geblieben ist! Die Bl\u00fcten gibt es in 2 Varianten, die Weiblichen und die M\u00e4nnlichen. Die Weiblichen haben eine kleine Zucchini dran, an der Bl\u00fcte, die M\u00e4nnlichen nicht. Ich habe die M\u00e4nnlichen gew\u00e4hlt.<br \/>Die Fiori di Zucca muss man leicht und sorgf\u00e4ltig abspritzen und man muss die Spitzen an den Bl\u00fcten St\u00e4ngeln abknicken.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>************<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Childhood memories&#8230;. back to my first time eating Fiori di Zucca. It was a hot summer in Italy, at my mothers family home. She cut the flowers of the zucchini plants in their garden and I was shocked. Now the plants will not be able to make zucchini. But my mother reassured me that we will eat something really special. And special it was!<\/em><br \/><em>Since then I was trying to find the flowers, but in Asia they are almost nonexistent or so very expensive.<\/em><br \/><em>But now, on my holiday in Europe I found them on the market. I filled and baked them &#8230; and it is no wonder, that there , were no leftovers! There are two variations of the flowers, female and male. The female flowers have a little zucchini at their end, the male don&#8217;t. I chose the male ones. To clean the flowers you have to be very careful, just lightly spray them and take the thorns off at the end of the flowers.<\/em><\/p>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/08\/zuc10-683x1024.jpg\" alt=\"Fiori di Zucca ripieni\" class=\"wp-image-11158\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">F\u00fcllung f\u00fcr ca. 10 Bl\u00fcten:<br \/>100 g Frischk\u00e4se<br \/>100 g Ricotta<br \/>100 g Kr\u00e4uterk\u00e4se<br \/>Pfeffer<br \/>Paprika<br \/>Chili Pulver<br \/>1 Ei<br \/>1\/2 Bund Petersilie<br \/>etwas Oregano<br \/>50 g geriebenen Parmesan<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Alle Zutaten gut vermischen und in einen Spritzbeutel f\u00fcllen.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">10 Zucchini Bl\u00fcten<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Die Bl\u00fcten sorgf\u00e4ltig reinigen, dann die Dornen entfernen (siehe Bild). Bl\u00fcten leicht \u00f6ffnen und die F\u00fcllung sorgf\u00e4ltig in die Bl\u00fcten spritzen, dann die Bl\u00fctenspitzen oben einfalten und in die F\u00fcllung dr\u00fccken. Die Bl\u00fcten in eine gefettete Glasschale legen und im Ofen bei 180 C Grad ca 20-30 Minuten \u00fcberbacken. Heiss servieren!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">************<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/2020\/06\/23\/fiori-di-zucca-fritti\/\">Fior di Zucca fritti<\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/2018\/10\/26\/fior-di-zucca-gebacken-baked\/\">Fior di Zucca gebacken<\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">************<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Filling for 10 Flowers:<\/em><br \/><em>100 g Cream Cheese<\/em><br \/><em>100 g Ricotta<\/em><br \/><em>100 g Herb Cream Cheese<\/em><br \/><em>Pepper<\/em><br \/><em>Paprika<\/em><br \/><em>Chili<\/em><br \/><em>1 Egg<\/em><br \/><em>1\/2 bunch Parsley<\/em><br \/><em>some Oregano<\/em><br \/><em>50 g grated Parmesan<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Mix all ingredients together and fill into a piping-bag.<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>10 Zucchini Flowers<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Clean the flowers carefully and cut the thorn off at the end of the flowers. (see picture) Open the flower slightly and pipe the filling into them, then fold the leaves of the flowers over the filling. Put them into a greased ovenproof dish and bake at 180 C for 20-30 minutes.
