Denkt nur an Kartoffelbrei, oder R\u00f6sti, oder Gnocchi, oder Kartoffelpuffer, oder Pellkartoffeln, oder Pommes, oder Kroketten, oder Baked Potatoes, auch Kartoffelfladen&#8230;. und so vieles mehr. Ich liebe Kartoffeln und k\u00f6nnte die jeden Tag essen, aber mein Schwager sagt immer, Kartoffeln machen dick und dumm. Ich antworte dann, Kartoffeln machen d\u00fcnn! Egal, auf jeden Fall habe ich sie mal wieder auf eine neue Art gekocht! Ein d\u00fcnner Kartoffelfladen, der knuspriger ist, als rohe R\u00f6sti!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">************<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>There are so many ways to cook potatoes! Just think of mashed potatoes, R\u00f6sti, or Gnocchi, potato cakes, boiled potatoes, French fries, croquettes, or baked potatoes&#8230; and many more ways. I love potatoes and could eat them every day, but my brother-in-law always said, potatoes make you fat and dumb. I answer him with, potatoes make you thin! Never mind, I cooked them in a new way again! Very thin potato galettes crisp and delicious!<\/em><\/p>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/08\/kag13-683x1024.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-11147\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">F\u00fcr 4 Personen und zwei Kartoffelfladen:<br \/>400 g Kartoffeln<br \/>Salz und Pfeffer<br \/>Paprika<br \/>Rosmarin<br \/>3 EL Mehl<br \/>1 Ei<br \/>wenig Oel<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Die Kartoffel sch\u00e4len und reiben und in einem Sieb durchwaschen. Gut abtropfen und ausdr\u00fccken. Nun die Kartoffeln mit allen Gew\u00fcrzen, dem Ei und dem Mehl gut vermischen. Wenig Oel in einer flachen Pfanne erhitzen und die H\u00e4lfte der Kartoffel Mischung in die Pfanne geben. Mit dem R\u00fccken eines L\u00f6ffels glattstreichen und leicht zusammendr\u00fccken. So lange braten, bis der Fladen gebr\u00e4unt ist, dann sorgf\u00e4ltig wenden und die Seite auch br\u00e4unen.<br \/>Die Kartoffelfladen kann man zu Fleisch mit Sauce servieren, oder mit K\u00e4se \u00fcberbacken, evt ein Spiegelei dazu&#8230; man kann sehr kreativ sein!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">************<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>For 4 Persons and two potato galettes:<\/em><br \/><em>400 g Potatoes<\/em><br \/><em>Salt and Pepper<\/em><br \/><em>Paprika<\/em><br \/><em>Rosemary<\/em><br \/><em>3 tbsp Flour<\/em><br \/><em>1 Egg<\/em><br \/><em>a little Oil<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Peel and grate the potatoes into a sieve and wash them. Let them drip and press the water out.\u00a0Now mix the potatoes with the seasoning, flour and the egg.\u00a0Heat a little oil in a flat pan and put half of the potato mixture into it.
