Braucht er auch nicht, denn ich sehe es ihm an, wenn er zufrieden ist. Und manchmal sind es auch nicht unbedingt Worte, die die sch\u00f6nsten Komplimente sind, manchmal ist es ein L\u00e4cheln, strahlende Augen, ein kurzes anerkennendes Nicken oder nur ein Blick. Gestern, da kam ein Kompliment&#8230; mitten im Abendessen kam ein &#8220;Das ist sehr gut!!&#8221; und es \u00fcberraschte mich derart, dass ich ihn erst sprachlos anstarrte und dann nachfragen musste, ob er die Linguine mit Kompliment Sauce meine, denn es kam mitten in einer Erz\u00e4hlung. Ja, er meinte die Pasta, sie schmeckte ihm sehr, sehr gut! Und dabei war die nur aus Resten aus dem K\u00fchlschrank gemacht!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">************<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>I don&#8217;t know how it is with your husbands, but mine is not great in giving free compliments. But actually he doesn&#8217;t need to, as I know when he is pleased. And sometimes it&#8217;s not words that shows it; it might be a smile, or just a nod or a look from his eyes. But yesterday he gave me a compliment&#8230; in the middle of dinner&#8230; he said &#8220;This is very good!!&#8221; and I was so surprised, I was speechless. And after a while I had to ask if he had meant the dinner, because he had said it in the middle of telling me about his trip. Yes, he had meant the dinner and he liked it very very much! I was happy, as it was done with leftovers from the fridge!<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/08\/lin6-1024x801.jpg\" alt=\"Linguine mit Kompliment Sauce\" class=\"wp-image-11099\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Fuer 3 Personen:<br \/>250 g frische <a href=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/2018\/10\/24\/pastateig-selbermachen-pasta-dough-handmade\/\">Linguine<\/a> <br \/>20 Okras<br \/>200 g braune Champignons<br \/>150 g Speck<br \/>3 Knoblauchzehen, gehackt<br \/>Salz und Pfeffer<br \/>1 kleine rote Chili Schote<br \/>Rosmarin<br \/>1\/2 Bund Petersilie, gehackt<br \/>ein paar Basilikum Bl\u00e4tter<br \/>wenig Oel<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">In einer weiten Pfanne den in kleine St\u00fccke geschnittenen Speck mit dem gehackten Knoblauch, ohne Zugabe von Oel, durchbraten. Unterdessen in einer separaten weiten Pfanne die in d\u00fcnne Scheibchen geschnittene Okra in sehr wenig Oel knusprig braten. Mit Salz und Pfeffer w\u00fcrzen. Die Champignons klein schneiden und zum Speck geben, alles gut w\u00fcrzen und die gehackte Chili Schote zugeben. Dann die gehackte Petersilie dazu mischen. Die Linguine in Salzwasser al dente kochen und in die Pfanne zum Speck geben, die Okra dazu mischen und sorgf\u00e4ltig mischen. Heiss, mit etwas zerrupftem Basilikum, servieren.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">************<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>For 3 Persons:<\/em><br \/><em>250 g fresh <a href=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/2018\/10\/24\/pastateig-selbermachen-pasta-dough-handmade\/\">Linguine<\/a> <\/em><br \/><em>20 Okras<\/em><br \/><em>200 g brown Mushrooms<\/em><br \/><em>150 g Bacon<\/em><br \/><em>3 cloves of Garlic, chopped<\/em><br \/><em>Salt and Pepper<\/em><br \/><em>1 small red Chili<\/em><br \/><em>Rosemary<\/em><br \/><em>1\/2 Bunch of Parsley, chopped<\/em><br \/><em>some Basil Leaves<\/em><br \/><em>little Oil<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Chop the bacon and fry it, without adding any oil, together with the chopped garlic in a wide pan until crisp. Meanwhile in a separate pan fry the okra, cut into thin slices, in very little oil until crisp like chips. Season with salt and pepper. Chop the mushrooms and add them to the bacon, season all very well and add the chopped chili and chopped parsley. Cook the linguine in salted water, drain them and add them to the sauce.
