Zum so essen waren sie nicht mehr sch\u00f6n, aber f\u00fcr diese Drei-Frucht Gonfi, Marmelade, waren sie genau richtig. Ich mische gerne verschiedene Fr\u00fcchte zusammen und so entstand diese Marmelade. Morgen wird sie aufgetischt! Neplap-Gonfi nenne ich sie, weil sie aus Nektarinen, Pflaumen und Apfel besteht. Das kann man mit allen m\u00f6glichen Fr\u00fcchten machen, die schon etwas \u00fcberreif sind. Ich werfe ungern Lebensmittel weg!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">************<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>I found some fruits which were very ripe; a little too ripe to eat them, so I made jam with them. I like to mix fruits, so I used Nectarines, Plums and one Apple, that&#8217;s why I named this jam Neplap-Jam.\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/08\/nep8-1024x683.jpg\" alt=\"Drei-Frucht Gonfi\" class=\"wp-image-11075\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">F\u00fcr ca 6 Gl\u00e4ser:<br \/>800 g Nektarinen<br \/>ca 500 g grosse Pflaumen<br \/>1 Apfel<br \/>3 EL Orangen Essenz<br \/>1 kg Zucker<br \/>2 TL Vanillezucker<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Die Fr\u00fcchte entsteinen und in kleine St\u00fccke schneiden und mit dem Zucker mischen, ca 1 Stunde stehen lassen, bis der Zucker zu Saft geworden ist. Die restlichen Zutaten zugeben und langsam aufkochen. Ca 30 Minuten langsam k\u00f6cheln lassen, dann die Marmelade p\u00fcrieren und heiss in saubere Gl\u00e4ser abf\u00fcllen.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">************<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>For 6 Jars:<\/em><br \/><em>800 g Nectarines<\/em><br \/><em>ca 500 g big Plums<\/em><br \/><em>1 Apple<\/em><br \/><em>3 tbsp Orange Essence<\/em><br \/><em>1 kg Sugar<\/em><br \/><em>2 tsp Vanilla Sugar<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>De-stone the fruits and cut them up into very small pieces. Mix them with the sugar and let marinate for 1 hour until the sugar has dissolved.\u00a0<\/em><br \/><em>Mix with the rest of the ingredients and cook on a small flame for 30 minutes.
