Schnell und einfach und so lecker! Doch der Blumenkohl hat etwas mehr Arbeit gemacht, daf\u00fcr war er dann auch super passend zum einfachen Filet. Ich fand, die zwei Speisen haben uns sehr wohl gereicht, dazu braucht man keine Kartoffel oder Nudeln! Einfach ist oft das Beste!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">************<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>As I like to cook simple food from time to time, I have just used two spices to marinate my pork tenderloin. Then I roasted it in the oven, quick and easy! But for my cauliflower I needed a bit more work. It fits perfectly with the simple meat. I think, you don\u2019t need to add any potatoes or noodles. <\/em><em>Simple is sometimes best!<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/07\/scb27-931x1024.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-10993\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/07\/scb26-706x1024.jpg\" alt=\"Schweinefilet mit Kung Pao Style gebackenen Blumenkohlr\u00f6schen\" class=\"wp-image-10994\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">F\u00fcr 4 Personen:<br><strong>F\u00fcr das Fleisch:<\/strong><br>1 grosses Schweinefilet<br>1 TL grober Schwarzer Pfeffer<br>1 EL Curry Pulver<br>Wenig Oliven\u00f6l<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">2 Zwiebeln, halbiert mit auf die Grillplatte legen<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>F\u00fcr das Gem\u00fcse:<\/strong><br>1 Blumenkohl<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>F\u00fcr den Backteig:<\/strong><br>2 Eier<br>50 ml Wasser<br>1 Prise Salz<br>50-80 g Dinkelmehl<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>F\u00fcr die Sauce:<\/strong><br>120 ml Wasser<br>3 EL Soja Sauce<br>2 EL Reiswein<br>2 EL Honig<br>1 EL Maisst\u00e4rke<br>\u00bd TL Paprika<br>Chili Flocken<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Den Blumenkohl in R\u00f6schen schneiden. Die Zutaten f\u00fcr den Backteig zusammen mischen, dabei nur so viel Mehl zugeben, bis er leicht eindickt. Die R\u00f6schen darin wenden und auf ein Backblech legen. Im Ofen bei 180 C Grad 40 Minuten backen. <br>Dann das Fleisch mit etwas Oliven\u00f6l einsprayen und mit dem Pfeffer und Curry bestreuen. Mit den Zwiebeln auf eine Grillplatte oder ein Backblech geben und im Ofen bei 200 C Grad 30 Minuten braten lassen. <br>Unterdessen die Sauce f\u00fcr den Blumenkohl herstellen. Alle Zutaten mit dem Schwingbesen zusammen mischen, dann in einem Wok aufkochen, immer gut vermischen. Sobald die Sauce einzudicken beginnt, die Blumenkohlr\u00f6schen zugeben. Gut vermischen und vom Herd nehmen. Wieder auf das Backblech geben und nochmals 10 Minuten in den 200 C Grad heissen Ofen schieben. Beides zusammen servieren.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">************<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>For 4 Persons:<\/em><br><em><strong>For the Meat:<\/strong><\/em><br><em>1 big Pork Tenderloin<\/em><br><em>1 tsp coarse Black Pepper<\/em><br><em>1 tbsp Curry Powder<\/em><br><em>some Olive Oil<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>2 Onion, halved, add to the grill plate.<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em><strong>For the Vegetable:<\/strong><\/em><br><em>1 Cauliflower<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em><strong>For the Batter:<\/strong><\/em><br><em>2 Eggs<\/em><br><em>50 ml Water<\/em><br><em>1 Pinch of Salt<\/em><br><em>50-80 g Spelt Flour<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em><strong>For the Sauce:<\/strong><\/em><br><em>120 ml Water<\/em><br><em>3 tbsp Soy Sauce<\/em><br><em>2 tbsp Rice Wine<\/em><br><em>2 tbsp Honey<\/em><br><em>1 tbsp Cornstarch<\/em><br><em>\u00bd tsp Paprika<\/em><br><em>Chili Flakes<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Cut the cauliflower into rosettes. Mix the ingredients for the batter well together, but only add as much flour to make a thin batter. Add the cauliflower rosettes and mix well. Put them onto a baking tray and bake in the oven at 180 C for 40 minutes. <\/em><br><em>Spray the meat with the olive oil, then rub with the pepper and curry powder. Put onto a grill plate together with the onion or baking tray and roast in the oven at 200 C for 30 minutes. <\/em><br><em>Meanwhile mix the ingredients for the sauce well together. Pour it into a wok and heat up while whisking. As soon as the sauce starts to thicken add the cauliflower and mix well. Take from the heat. Put the cauliflower back onto the baking tray and bake in the oven at 200 C for 10 minutes.
