Zucchini Fritters – Gluten-free version included<\/h3>

\n Zucchini Fritters – Gluten-free version included! We love zucchini and you can cook them in so many ways. Of course, I have many creative recipes on my blog!\n

\n\t\tHow about Zucchini Gnocchi<\/a>? My daughter made a gluten-free recipe, but you can also use normal flour. Or a creamy Zucchini Soup<\/a>? Or Zoodles al Limone<\/a>? Zucchini fit very well into Salads<\/a> or Quiches<\/a>. And they are perfect cooked in Butter<\/a>, or as Antipasto or Carpaccio<\/a>. You can use them in a Sauce for Pasta<\/a>, in Risotto<\/a>, or as Parcels with filling<\/a>! Enough ideas???\n

\nAnd this time I made them as fritters! I made two variations, one of them gluten-free!\n <\/div>\n

    Slice the zucchini very thin and let them rest in a sieve to get rid of the water. Squeeze and pat them dry.\n<\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n

    Mix the eggs with the flour and parmesan and season. Now fry batches in some hot oil.\n<\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n
