Die passen toll f\u00fcr ein Carpaccio di Pesche. Meine Tante hatte in Italien ein Frucht- und Gem\u00fcse Gesch\u00e4ft. Im Erdgeschoss war der Laden, mit einer kleinen K\u00fcche hinten dran und im 2. Stock wohnte sie mit ihrer Mutter. Die Mutter, schon im fortgesetzten Alter, kochte und dann assen beide ihr Mittagessen, hatten 2 Stunden Siesta und los ging&#8217;s mit weiter verkaufen. Ich war damals als Kind jeden Sommer dort, um die Familie zu besuchen. Ich durfte dann auch im Laden helfen, Gem\u00fcse auff\u00fcllen, Fr\u00fcchte stapeln, manchmal sogar Wechselgeld geben. Und nat\u00fcrlich durfte ich Fr\u00fcchte essen und davon waren mir die gelben Pfirsiche die Liebsten! Deshalb ben\u00fctze ich immer noch gelbe Pfirsiche f\u00fcr alle m\u00f6glichen Sachen, wie auch f\u00fcr dieses Carpaccio Gericht! Ihr denkt jetzt vielleicht, K\u00e4se und Frucht? Jap, glaubt mir, das schmeckt!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">************<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>It is summer and many fruits, which I love very much, are ripe now. My aunty in Italy used to have a fruit and vegetable store. A small kitchen was at the back, and she lived with her mum on the second floor. Her mother war already quite old, so she cooked lunch and then they ate in the little kitchen downstairs, had a 2-hour siesta and then they reopened the shop. As a child every summer we would visit our family there. I had the pleasure to help in the shop, filling up the vegetable boxes, put the fruits into nice piles and even sometimes giving the change to the clients. And of course, I was allowed to eat fruits and my favorite was and still is the yellow peach! That\u2019s why I use them so often for dishes like today, for this carpaccio! You might think now, cheese and fruits don&#8217;t fit? But believe me, it is delicious!<\/em><\/p>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/07\/pea4-770x1024.jpg\" alt=\"Carpaccio di Pesche\" class=\"wp-image-10973\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>F\u00fcr 2 Personen als Hauptspeise oder 4 Personen als Vorspeise:<\/strong><br>4 gelbe Pfirsiche<br>2 Mozzarella Kugeln<br>Basilikum Bl\u00e4tter<br>Salz und Pfeffer<br>Etwas Oliven\u00f6l<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Die Pfirsiche halbieren und den Stein entfernen. Dann in d\u00fcnne Scheiben schneiden. Den Mozzarella auch halbieren und in d\u00fcnne Scheiben schneiden. Diese beiden auf einem Teller abwechselnd auslegen. Dann mit etwas Salz und Pfeffer bestreuen und ein wenig Oliven\u00f6l dar\u00fcber geben. Die Basilikum Bl\u00e4tter hacken und dar\u00fcber streuen, sofort servieren!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">************<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong><em>For 2 Persons as Main or 4 Persons as Starter:<\/em><\/strong><br><em>4 yellow Peaches<\/em><br><em>2 Mozzarella Cheese<\/em><br><em>Basil Leaves <\/em><br><em>Salt and Pepper<\/em><br><em>some Olive Oil<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Cut the peaches into two, remove the stone and cut thin slices. Do the same with the mozzarella! Put them both alternatively onto a plate. Season with salt and pepper and drizzle with olive oil. Chop the basil leaves and sprinkle over the fruits.
