Dazu passt dieses Mit Antipasto gef\u00fclltes Brot. Da es viele Leute sind, bereite ich immer ein Buffett vor. Dazu muss doch einiges \u00fcberlegt sein, denn der eine mag keinen Fisch, der andere kein Gem\u00fcse und der dritte keine Teigwaren und dann haben wir noch Vegane und Glutenfreie dabei. Also muss es immer ausgewogen sein und den Leuten dann auch zu passen. Es ist nicht immer leicht! In einem der Jahre hatte ich die Idee, ein fertiges Brot zu f\u00fcllen und das ist dabei herausgekommen. Ein Riesen Sandwich mit sehr feiner F\u00fcllung!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">************<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Every year, when we visit Europe, I invite my hubbies family for a dinner gettogether, to eat, drink and be merry! It&#8217;s a big family and that&#8217;s why I make buffets. But I always have to think what to serve, Some do not like fish, others no vegetables, some don&#8217;t like pasta and then we also have vegans and gluten-free to look after. So I have to choose food for each and everyone, it is not easy. One year I chose to make a filled bread, kind of a huge sandwich. They liked it!<\/em><\/p>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/07\/gef13-683x1024.jpg\" alt=\"Mit Antipasto gef\u00fclltes Brot\" class=\"wp-image-10944\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Man braucht:<br>1 gebackenes Brot ca 500 g <br>1 gelbe Peperoni<br>1 rote Peperoni<br>1 Aubergine<br>2 Mozzarella Kugeln<br>1 Zucchini<br>getrocknete Tomaten<br>Salz und Pfeffer<br>etwas Oliven\u00f6l<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Zuerst sorgf\u00e4ltig oben im Brot ein Rechteck ausschneiden, dabei nicht ganz durch das Brot schneiden. Diesen &#8220;Deckel&#8221; heraus heben und das Weiche vom Brot herausnehmen, so dass eine H\u00f6hle entsteht. Den Deckel ohne das Weiche soll wieder verwendet werden. Das Gem\u00fcse in Scheiben schneiden und im Ofen bei 180 Grad r\u00f6sten. Die Mozzarella Kugeln in Scheiben schneiden. Nun das Gem\u00fcse, abwechselnd mit dem Mozzarella und den getrockneten Tomaten in das Brot schichten, dabei w\u00fcrzen nicht vergessen. Am Schluss etwas Oliven\u00f6l dar\u00fcber giessen. Den Deckel wieder auflegen und das Brot fest in Frischhaltefolie packen. Mindestens 2 Stunden im K\u00fchlschrank setzen lassen.<br>Man kann das Brot leicht im Ofen aufw\u00e4rmen, bis die Mozzarella leicht schmilzt, das muss aber nicht sein. <br>Sorgf\u00e4ltig aufschneiden und servieren.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Tip:<\/strong> Pesto als Gew\u00fcrz zugeben, oder einfach einf\u00fcllen, was man mag! Kann auch mit gluten-freiem Brot gemacht werden!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">************<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>you need:<\/em><br><em>1 baked Bread approx. 500 g <\/em><br><em>1 red Pepper\/Capsicum<\/em><br><em>1 yellow Pepper\/Capsicum<\/em><br><em>1 Eggplant<\/em><br><em>2 Mozzarella Cheese<\/em><br><em>some dried Tomatoes<\/em><br><em>Salt and Pepper<\/em><br><em>some Olive Oil<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Cut a rectangle out from the top of the bread, do not cut all the way through. Remove the soft part inside the bread and from the cut out piece. That piece will be reused as cover. Slice the vegetables and roast them in the oven at 180 C. Slice the Mozzarella. Now layer the vegetables, Mozzarella and the dried tomatoes into the bread and season. Then sprinkle with a little olive oil and put the cover on. Wrap tightly with cling foil and refrigerate for 2 hours or more.<\/em><br><em>You can warm the bread up in the oven, if you like but it is not needed.<\/em> <br><em>Slice carefully and serve.<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em><strong>Tip:<\/strong> use Pesto for seasoning and fill into the bread whatever you like!
