So als Abwechslung sind sie echt toll! Sie schmecken herrlich! Versucht doch selbst einmal diese Indische Kofta aus Lammfleisch zu kochen! Denn&#8230; Fleischbaellchen gehen IMMER!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">************<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Koftas are meatballs; every country has it&#8217;s own recipe, India has one too. The meat is seasoned with the typical Indian seasoning and cooked in a light curry. I find them very delicious! Why don&#8217;t you try this recipe? Because&#8230; meatballs can be eaten every day!!<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/07\/kof10-1024x683.jpg\" alt=\"Indische Kofta aus Lammfleisch\" class=\"wp-image-10932\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>F\u00fcr 4 Personen:<\/strong><br \/>800 g Lamm Hackfleisch<br \/>2 EL geriebener Ingwer<br \/>1 EL Koriander Pulver<br \/>1 EL Kreuzk\u00fcmmel Pulver<br \/>1 Messerspitze Nelken Pulver<br \/>1 Messerspitze Muskatnuss<br \/>1\/4 TL Pfeffer<br \/>1 Messerspitze Cayenne Pfeffer<br \/>1 gr\u00fcne Chilischote, gehackt<br \/>1 TL Salz<br \/>5 EL Jogurt<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Alle Zutaten f\u00fcr die Koftas in einer K\u00fcchenmaschine (oder Sch\u00fcssel) zusammen mischen. Aus der Masse nun Golfball grosse Kugeln formen und diese bis zur weiteren Verwertung durchk\u00fchlen lassen.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>F\u00fcr das Curry:<\/strong><br \/>1 kleine Zwiebel, gehackt<br \/>2 Knoblauchzehen, gehackt<br \/>1 EL geriebener Ingwer<br \/>1 EL Garam Masala<br \/>1 TL Turmeric\/Kurkuma<br \/>1 Dose gehackte Tomaten (400 g)<br \/>2 Tomaten gehackt<br \/>2 EL Sonnenblumen\u00f6l<br \/>1\/2 Bund Petersilie, gehackt, zur Dekoration<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Das Oel in einem Gusseisentopf erhitzen und die Zwiebel, Knoblauch, Chili und Ingwer darin weich braten. Die Gew\u00fcrze zugeben und mitkochen. Die Tomaten und die Tomaten aus der Dose zugeben und ca 5 Minuten k\u00f6cheln lassen. Evt muss noch etwas Wasser zugegeben werden. Die Fleischbaellchen nun in die Sauce geben und zugedeckt auf kleinem Feuer ca 30-40 Minuten k\u00f6cheln lassen. Die Koftas m\u00fcssen leicht bedeckt sein. Ich habe die Koftas einmal sorgf\u00e4ltig gewendet. Vor dem Servieren die gehackte Petersilie dar\u00fcber streuen. Mit weissem Reis oder Naan Brot servieren.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">************<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong><em>For 4 Persons:<\/em><\/strong><br \/><em>800 g minced Lamb<\/em><br \/><em>2 tbsp grated Ginger<\/em><br \/><em>1 tbsp Coriander Powder<\/em><br \/><em>1 tbsp Cumin Powder<\/em><br \/><em>1 Pinch ground Cloves<\/em><br \/><em>1 Pinch Nutmeg<\/em><br \/><em>1\/4 tsp Pepper<\/em><br \/><em>1 Pinch Cayenne Pepper<\/em><br \/><em>1 green Chili, chopped<\/em><br \/><em>1 tsp Salt<\/em><br \/><em>5 tbsp\u00a0Yogurt<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Mix all ingredients for the koftas together, either with your kitchen machine or in a bowl by hand. Now roll small golf ball size balls and put them onto a plate. Refrigerate until further use.\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong><em>For the Curry:<\/em><\/strong><br \/><em>1 small Onion, chopped<\/em><br \/><em>2 cloves of Garlic, chopped<\/em><br \/><em>1 tbsp grated Ginger<\/em><br \/><em>1 tbsp Garam Masala<\/em><br \/><em>1 tsp Turmeric<\/em><br \/><em>1 can chopped Tomatoes (400 g)<\/em><br \/><em>2 Tomatoes, chopped<\/em><br \/><em>2 tbsp Sunflower Oil<\/em><br \/><em>1\/2 Bunch Parsley, chopped, for\u00a0Decoration<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Heat the oil in a heavy pan and fry the onion, garlic, chili and ginger until soft. Add the seasoning and mix.\u00a0 Add the chopped tomatoes and the can of tomatoes and let simmer for 5 minutes. You might have to add some water. Now put the koftas into the sauce. The koftas should be slightly covered by the sauce. I also turned them over once very carefully. Before serving sprinkle with the chopped parsley.
