Hochzeitstages an einem italienischen Restaurant vorbei gekommen, das wir nicht kannten. Wir wurden in herzlichster Weise begr\u00fcsst und bedient, wie man es eben in Italien auch macht. Der Besitzer teilte uns mit, dass sie ihre Burrata selbst machen, sie ist ganz frisch, meinte er. Selbstverst\u00e4ndlich mussten wir sie probieren und 1 Woche sp\u00e4ter standen wir wieder in <a href=\"https:\/\/steakmozzarella.com\/\">jenem Restaurant genannt Steak Mozzarella<\/a>, um Burrata zu essen und ich habe \u00fcber die Gasse eine kaufen k\u00f6nnen. Damit habe ich diesen Bunter Sommer Salat mit handgemachter Burrata gemacht und wow, war der gut! Ich kann das Restaurant sehr empfehlen, traditionelle Speisen aus Italien, selbstgemachte Pasta, feine Pizzas, sehr feine Bistecca&#8217;s, super Service, was will man mehr?<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">************<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Bei accident we ended up in an Italian restaurant we did not know on the evening of our 39<sup>th<\/sup> wedding anniversary. We were greeted in a very hearty way and served with love, as it is tradition in Italy! The owner told us, they make their own Burrata, it is very fresh. <\/em><em>Of course, we had to try it! <\/em><em>And 1 week later we were <\/em><em><a href=\"https:\/\/steakmozzarella.com\/\">in the Restaurant named Steak Mozzarella<\/a><\/em><em> again, to eat the delicious Burrata and I was able to buy one over the counter. With it I made this beautiful salad and wow, it was delicious! I can really recommend the restaurant, the food is very traditional Italian, homemade Pasta, good Pizzas, very good Bistecca&#8217;s, excellent service, what do you want more? <\/em><\/p>\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/07\/bur10-1-1024x683.jpg\" alt=\"Bunter Sommer Salat mit handgemachter Burrata\" class=\"wp-image-10889\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">F\u00fcr eine grosse Platte f\u00fcr 2 Personen als Hauptgang:<br>1-2 Handvoll verschiedene gr\u00fcne Blattsalate auf einer grossen Platte im Kreis auslegen.<br>1 Handvoll Kirschtomaten, geviertelt, rundherum legen.<br>2 Fr\u00fchlingszwiebeln, der L\u00e4nge nach geschnitten dar\u00fcber streuen. <br>\u00bd gelbe Peperoni, in kleine Streifen geschnitten und kurz gebraten dazu geben. <br>Eine halbe Gurke dazu hobeln. <br>Ein paar Basilikum Bl\u00e4tter dazu geben. <br>1 Handvoll gr\u00fcne Spargeln sieden und abk\u00fchlen, dann in Drittel schneiden und dazu geben. <br>2 gekochte Eier vierteln und dar\u00fcber geben.<br>1 Burrata in die Mitte geben. Es ist wichtig, eine gute Qualit\u00e4t Burrata (oder Mozzarella) zu w\u00e4hlen!<br>Salz und Pfeffer dar\u00fcber streuen und mit Oliven\u00f6l und Balsamico Essig den Salat servieren. Ich habe noch Balsamico Glaze auf die Burrata gegeben. Es war sehr lecker.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">************<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>For a big Plate for 2 Persons as a Main dish:<\/em><br><em>1-2 handful different green Lettuce Leaves, put them in a circle onto a big plate. <\/em><br><em>1 handful Cherry Tomatoes, cut into quarters, put them around the green leaves.<\/em><br><em>2 Spring-onion, cut length wise, sprinkle over them. <\/em><br><em>\u00bd yellow Peperoni\/Capsicum, cut into small stripes and fried for a short while, sprinkle over the salad. <\/em><br><em>Thinly slice half a Cucumber and add. <\/em><br><em>Add a few Basil Leaves.<\/em><br><em>1 handful green Asparagus, cooked, cooled, and cut into thirds, add them. <\/em><br><em>2 cooked Eggs, cut into quarters, add them too. <\/em><br><em>Put 1 Burrata into the middle. It is important to choose a good quality Burrata or Mozzarella! <\/em><br><em>Season with Salt and Pepper and add some Olive Oil and balsamic Vinegar. I also added some Balsamic Glaze to the Burrata.
