Geht es Euch auch so? Ich hatte noch Kokosstreusel und wollte nicht immer die selben <a href=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/2020\/06\/13\/kokos-mandel-traeumli-cocos-almond-dream-cookies\/\">Kokos-Pl\u00e4tzchen<\/a> machen. So habe ich ein wenig mit einem m\u00fcrben Pl\u00e4tzchen Rezept gespielt und heraus kamen diese erfrischenden, feinen Zitronen-Kokos Guetsli. Sie sind ganz einfach!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">************<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>I am trying to use up all ingredients for the move and each time I have some leftovers my mind goes on overdrive and the best and easiest recipes come out. <\/em><em>Are you the same? <\/em><em>I still had some coconut and I did not want to make the same <\/em><em><a href=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/2020\/06\/13\/kokos-mandel-traeumli-cocos-almond-dream-cookies\/\">Coconut-Cookies<\/a><\/em> <em>again. So, I worked out a nice cookie recipe with the addition of coconut and lemon. <\/em><em>They are delicious and so easy to do!<\/em><\/p>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/07\/gue9-1024x890.jpg\" alt=\"Zitronen-Kokos Guetsli\" class=\"wp-image-10877\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">F\u00fcr ca. 20 Pl\u00e4tzchen:<br>80 g Butter<br>65 g Zucker<br>1 Prise Salz<br>1 Ei<br>150 g Mehl<br>Abrieb einer Zitrone<br>20 g Kokosraspel<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Die Butter mit dem Zucker und Salz schaumig r\u00fchren. Das Ei dazu mischen, dann das Mehl und den Zitronenabrieb. Den Teig in einen Spritzbeutel geben. Ein Backblech mit einem Backpapier auslegen und etwas der Kokosraspel darauf streuen. Nun eine ca. 1 cm grosse \u00d6ffnung im Spritzbeutel schneiden und ca. 4 cm lange Stangen direkt auf die Kokosraspel spritzen. Die Stangen im Raspel wenden und dann im Ofen bei 160 C Grad 12-15 Minuten backen.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">************<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>For approx. 20 cookies:<\/em><br><em>80 g Butter<\/em><br><em>65 g Sugar<\/em><br><em>1 Pinch of Salt<\/em><br><em>1 Egg<\/em><br><em>150 g Flour<\/em><br><em>Zest of one Lemon<\/em><br><em>20 g unsweetened Coconut sprinkles<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Mix the butter with the sugar and salt until soft. Add the egg and mix well, then add the flour and the lemon zest. Put the dough into a piping bag. Put some baking paper onto a baking tray and sprinkle with the coconut. Now cut the tip off the piping bag so you get a 1 cm opening. Pipe 4 cm long sticks onto the coconut and then roll them over on it. Bake in the oven at 160 C for 12-15 minutes.<\/em> <\/p>\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\"
